The present invention provides a mechanism in which the power of a vortex flow can be maintained strong so as to efficiently mix a liquid and a powder. A system for mixing liquid and powder according to the present embodiment is provided with: a powder-liquid mixing unit 20 which has a casing 21 for accommodating therein a powder and a liquid to be mixed together and discharges a mixture from an outlet opening 27 at the bottom of the casing 21; a powder supply unit 10 which is disposed above the powder-liquid mixing unit 20 and supplies a powder to the casing 21; an injection unit 22 which is provided at an upper portion of the casing 21 and injects a liquid into the casing; and a first pump 30 which is connected to the outlet opening 27 of the casing 21 and suctions the mixture inside the casing.
METHODS OF MAKING MEDICAL SOLUTIONS AND RELATED SYSTEMS
This disclosure relates to making medical solutions. In certain aspects, a method is performed by a data processing apparatus. The method includes introducing liquid into a container that contains a dissolvable solid concentrate in a manner so that a layer of solution above the solid concentrate is maintained at a depth that allows the liquid introduced into the container to agitate the solution adjacent to the solid concentrate to cause mixing of the solid concentrate with the solution.

Magnetic stirrer with a temperature measuring device
A temperature measuring device (1) with a thermometer (2) has a plurality of temperature sensors (3) on one side (10), which function on an electrical basis. The thermometer (2) is immersed in a container or beaker (4) set up in a usage position on a heating plate (102) of a magnetic stirrer (100) and in a medium (5) present therein. The plurality of temperature sensors (3) are arranged spaced apart from one other vertically on the temperature measuring device (1), and are immersed in the medium (5) at different heights in the usage position. It is therefore possible firstly to recognize a temperature stratification inside the medium (5), and secondly, to detect level changes of the medium (5) in the interior of the container (4).
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GAS DISPOSAL
A method for controlling the saturation level of gas in a liquid discharge includes obtaining temperature and pressure measurements of a solvent in a mixing vessel and obtaining a pressure measurement of a source feedstock in a feedstock tank, correlating the temperature and pressure measurements of the solvent to baseline data to generate a theoretical uptake rate for the source feedstock into the solvent and a theoretical flow rate of the source feedstock into the mixing vessel, and determining a required opening setting for a feedstock valve in the feedstock input line in order to achieve a desired liquid displacement in the mixing vessel. The method includes determining an uptake duration and achieving an uptake displacement equivalent to the reverse of the desired liquid displacement. The method includes generating a valve operating control law for how the feedstock valve should function in a cycle.
COMPACT DEVICE FOR GENERATING FOAM FOR WELLNESS AND/OR HYGIENE APPLICATIONS
The device includes a vessel for filling with a mixture of water and a foam-forming component. The vessel comprises a device for injecting air into the foam generation mixture. The device has at least two vessels arranged one above the other in a vertical direction in a leveled form for filling with the mixture and for injecting air into the foam generation mixture. The vessels are open towards an outlet region in such a way. The foam generated in the vessels is merged in the outlet region.
Stirring Device
A stirring device includes a container, a cleaning liquid supply part for supplying a cleaning solution to the container, a first stirring part including a first stirring rod located inside the container, and having a suction passage provided inside the first stirring rod and a plurality of suction ports connecting the suction passage and the inner space of the container in a fluid movable manner and sucking the cleaning liquid in the container, a second stirring part including a second stirring rod located inside the container, and having a discharge passage provided inside the second stirring rod and a plurality of discharge ports connecting the discharge passage and the inner space of the container in a fluid movable manner, and a cleaning liquid circulation part connected to the suction passage and the discharge passage; and provided to supply the cleaning liquid introduced through the suction passage to the discharge passage.
MULTI-ALGORITHM CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TUB LEVEL IN FRACTURING BLENDER
A method includes supplying a blender tub and a suction pump, the suction pump connected to the blender tub through a tub inlet valve and measuring a suction pump pressure. The method also includes determining if the suction pump pressure is above or below a predetermined suction pump pressure. In addition, the method includes raising the suction pump pressure if the suction pump pressure is below the predetermined suction pump pressure setpoint or lowering the suction pump pressure if the suction pump pressure is above the predetermined suction pump pressure setpoint.
Mixing device and molding machine
A mixing device is configured for the continuous provision of a gelling mass for a molding machine. The mixing device includes an inlet, an outlet and a conduit section which is situated between the inlet and the outlet and into which at least one admixing conduit runs out, via which admixing conduit a substance to be admixed can be fed such that the substance to be admixed is mixed with a base mass which is fed through the inlet, in a mixing region in the conduit section. The mixing device is configured in a manner such that the spatial distance between the outlet and the mixing region in which the substance to be admixed is mixed with the base mass, can be changed. A molding machine with such a mixing device and to a method for processing a flowable and gellable mass are provided.
MIXING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MIXED SOLUTION
A mixing apparatus includes a material supply line, a mixing tank, a stirring device, and a transportation line. The material supply line supplies two or more kinds of materials including a liquid. The mixing tank accommodates the two or more kinds of materials that have been supplied. The stirring device stirs a mixed solution of the two or more kinds of materials inside the mixing tank. The transportation line transports the mixed solution inside the mixing tank to an outside of the mixing tank. The mixing apparatus maintains a liquid level height of the mixed solution inside the mixing tank at a level falling within a predetermined range by controlling at least one of a supply amount of the two or more kinds of materials to be supplied into the mixing tank and a transportation amount of the mixed solution to be transported to the outside of the mixing tank.
