Method and metering device for metering a liquid or pasty product in a pressure-regulated manner
A method for metering a liquid or pasty product in a pressure-regulated manner, has the following steps: metering the product into a mixing chamber using a metering pump; ascertaining a product pressure of the product according to the mixing chamber; ascertaining a deviation of the product pressure from a specified target pressure; and opening or closing a pressure regulating valve provided on an outlet nozzle of the mixing chamber based on the pressure in order to equalize the product pressure and the target pressure, wherein the product pressure is reduced when the pressure regulating valve is opened and increased when the pressure regulating valve is closed.
Mechanical system that fluidizes, mixes, coats, dries, combines, chemically reacts, and segregates materials
The present application is directed towards systems for adding components to materials being fluidized in a vibratory mixer by use of atomizers or sprayers. A mechanical system can fluidizes, mix, coat, dry, combine, or segregate materials. The system may comprise a vibratory mixer, mixing vessel containing a first material and a sprayer to introduce a second material. The vibratory mixer may generate a fluidized bed of a first material and the sprayer, coupled to the mixing vessel, may introduce a second material onto the fluidized bed to mix the materials in a uniform and even fashion.
GAS SOLUTION MANUFACTURING DEVICE
A gas solution manufacturing device 1 includes a gas supply line 2 configured to supply a gas as a raw material of a gas solution, a liquid supply line 3 configured to supply a liquid as a raw material of the gas solution, a gas solution production unit 4 configured to mix the gas and the liquid together to produce the gas solution, a gas-liquid separation unit 5 configured to perform gas-liquid separation of the produced gas solution into a supplied liquid to be supplied to a use point and a discharged gas to be discharged through an exhaust port, and a gas dissolving unit 6 provided in the liquid supply line 4 and configured to dissolve the discharged gas resulting from the gas-liquid separation in the liquid. The gas dissolving unit 6 is configured with a hollow fiber membrane configured with a gas permeable membrane.
On-demand in-line-blending and supply of chemicals
This in-line active and reverse calculating mass balance blending system can maintain a chemical at desired control points, such as with respect to concentration, temperature, and/or pressure, while the output flow rate is changing dynamically to a point of use. A blending unit is configured to receive and blend at least two species and deliver a mixture at selected concentrations to points of use. A controller can be configured to determine a mass balance to maintain the concentrations in the mixture using information from metrology systems and a flow in an output to the at least one point of use. The controller also can be configured to maintain a concentration in the mixture within a concentration range by controlling flow rates to the blending unit.
CAPILLARY TUBE DROPLET GENERATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A droplet generating system includes a reservoir configured to receive an organic fluid and an aqueous fluid, a barrier separating the reservoir into a first reservoir portion and a second reservoir portion, a tube, and an indexer. The barrier is capable of preventing the aqueous fluid from entering the second reservoir portion from the first reservoir portion. The tube is disposed near the barrier, and the tube has a microfluidic channel. The indexer guides the aqueous fluid and the organic fluid into the microfluidic channel so as to form droplets of the aqueous fluid.
WET ATOMIZER
Provided is a wet atomizer capable of stably increasing a pressure in a pressurizing chamber and performing highly reproducible raw material process. A wet atomizer includes a motor; a power transmission device that converts a rotational motion of the motor into a reciprocating motion; a high-pressure cylinder; a plunger that reciprocates inside the high-pressure cylinder by the power transmission device to pressurize raw materials; a drive controller that controls the reciprocating motion of the plunger; a nozzle that atomizes pressurized raw material; a first check valve disposed downstream of the nozzle; and a first elastic member that presses the first check valve.
Low humidity generator
The embodied invention is a low humidity generator which encapsulates essential piping, pressure regulator, flow regulator, and saturator in a sealed vacuum chamber. Additionally, a Stirling piston type cooler is used to cool the saturator. This eliminates atmospheric water vapor permeation and the need for thermal insulation surrounding the piping and control units. Also, the humidity generator has improved cool down characteristics, improved thermal control, and better maintenance access.
DROPLET AND/OR BUBBLE GENERATOR
A device for generating bubbles or droplets may include a cavity comprising a first pressurized phase, at least one input capillary of a second phase, and an output capillary coaxially aligned with the at least one input capillary. The opening of the tip of the at least one input capillary has an internal diameter of less than half the internal diameter of the output capillary. The cross section of the cavity may be selected so that, in use, the average speed field in the cavity is quasi-static.
Method for manufacturing ultra-fine bubbles having oxidizing radical or reducing radical by resonance foaming and vacuum cavitation, and ultra-fine bubble water manufacturing device
A method is provided for producing fine-bubble water by resonance foaming and vacuum cavitation, and a device for manufacturing each of ultra-fine-bubble water of hydrogen gas having a reducing radical function, ultra-fine-bubble water of air and oxygen gas having an oxidizing radical function, ozone ultra-fine-bubble water having a sterilization function enabled by ozone, and fine-bubble water of nitrogen/carbon dioxide gas for increasing the ability to preserve the freshness of raw agricultural products, livestock products, and marine products.
Carbonation tank assembly
The invention provides a carbonation tank assembly for admixing a gas and a potable liquid used in preparation of drinks. The assembly includes a tank body with an interior that can be easily accessed for cleaning and repair purposes by removing upper and lower end plates securely and sealing fitted by gaskets to the upper and lower ends of the tank. The interior is connected to a liquid source for supplying liquid, a gas source for carbonating the liquid, and drawing means for dispensing carbonated liquid from the interior of the tank.
