An apparatus for preparing compound dispersoids of hydrophobic nanoparticles and surfactants, comprises a water supply pipeline, a compounding mixing pipeline and an aggregating pipeline; the compounding mixing pipeline comprises an ultrasonic dispersion instrument and a liquid storage tank connected in series into a loop, and a second plunger pump allowing unidirectional circulation of materials is arranged between the ultrasonic dispersion instrument and the liquid storage tank; the water supply pipeline is connected to the top of the ultrasonic dispersion instrument; and the aggregating pipeline is connected to a discharge end of the liquid storage tank.
ORGANIC FERTILIZER MIXING DEVICE
An organic fertilizer mixing device includes a container having an upper surface thereof formed as an opening. The container is provided therein with a rotation shaft, of which two ends are positioned on a left support member and a right support member outside the container, respectively. One end of the rotation shaft is connected to a driving member that drives the rotation shaft to rotate in place in the container. The rotation shaft in the container is connected to a propelling mixing blade assembly that synchronously rotates with the rotation shaft. Most part of a lower portion of the container is attached with a heating unit that fully increases the temperature at an inner side of the lower portion of the container, thus accelerating, while the propelling blade assembly mixes kitchen waste such as fruit and vegetable waste, the speed for fermenting and converting the kitchen waste to organic fertilizer.
EXTRUSION DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR EXTRUDING A SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT MADE OF ELASTOMERIC MATERIAL
The invention relates an extrusion device (100) for extruding a semi-finished product made of elastomeric material, comprising an extrusion body (10) extending along a feeding direction (A) and a pump (20) arranged downstream of the extrusion body (10) along said feeding direction (A). The extrusion body (10) comprises a hopper (30) for loading an elastomeric material and an extrusion screw (50) extending along said feeding direction (A) and having an inlet portion (50a) arranged close to the hopper (30) and an exit portion (50b) arranged close to the pump (20). The extrusion body (10) also comprises a motorised roller (40) arranged at the inlet portion (50a) of the extrusion screw (50) and configured to receive the elastomeric material from the hopper (30) and feed it to the extrusion screw (30). The extrusion screw (50) has a length and a diameter such that the ratio between length and diameter is comprised between 4 mm and 8 mm. The invention also relates to an extrusion process carried out through the aforementioned extrusion device (100).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL WITH A TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR A CONVEYING SCREW
The invention relates to a device (1a . . . 1g) for processing thermoplastic material, comprising a storage container (2)/a conveying line (11) for plastic particles and a conveying screw (3) connected thereto. The device (1a . . . 1g) further comprises an extruder (4) which connects to the conveying screw (3), and a tempering device (7) arranged in the course of the conveying screw (3). In addition, a temperature sensor (8, 8a, 8b) is arranged in the course of the conveying screw (3)/the extruder (4), and/or means (10) are provided for detecting a load of a drive (6) of the extruder (4). Finally, the device (1a . . . 1g) comprises means for influencing the tempering device (7) and an open loop control/closed loop control (9) which is connected to the at least one temperature sensor (8, 8a, 8b) and/or the influencing means of the tempering device (7). Furthermore, an operating method for the device (1a . . . 1g) is specified, in which the plastic particles are temperature-controlled by a tempering device (7) in the course of the conveying screw (3).

A heating chamber top portion includes a plurality of fluid inlet tubes configured to pass fluid from the plurality of fluid sources. A heating chamber may be coupled to the heating chamber top portion, the heating chamber collectively receives at least some of the fluid from the plurality of fluid sources. At least one heating element configured within the heating chamber heats the received fluid from the plurality of fluid sources. An agitator mixes the received fluid from the plurality of fluid sources in the heating chamber, wherein the agitator is configured to mix the received fluid from the plurality of fluid sources by rotationally turning within the heating chamber.
