Refillable solution dispensing device
A refillable solution dispensing device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section. An actuator exposed through the exterior of the upper section. The actuator is movably connected to an air chamber and a solution chamber. The solution chamber is in fluid communication with the solution reservoir and a discharge nozzle. The air chamber is fluidly connected to the discharge nozzle. The actuator is coupled to a mixing shaft that protrudes into the lower section. The lower section comprises an interior volume that functions as a solution reservoir. A solution cartridge and water are inserted into the solution reservoir. A solution mixer is rotatably coupled to the mixing shaft combining the solution within the solution cartridge, the solution cartridge, and the water into one solution. Upon an activation of the actuator, the solution and the air will mix and exit the discharge nozzle.
Cement mixing and injection system and methods
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for mixing and injecting fluid treatment, such as cement to treat bone or hard tissue. In some embodiments, a mixing apparatus may facilitate mixing within a syringe. Additionally, the syringe may be configured to extract bone cement from a cement mixer. A syringe for mixing and injecting cement may include a detachable handle that may be detached after extracting bone cement from a mixer to facilitate coupling to a high-pressure syringe for injection.
Re-Mixing Dispenser for Liquids in Plunger Tubes
A re-mixing dispenser for containing and dispensing a liquid. The dispenser may have one or more tubes, each containing a different liquid. At least one of the liquids may be re-mixed in situ, using a special two-piece plunger and plunger rod. A mixing piece of the two-piece plunger is moveable independently of a top piece and has blades that allow it to move through the liquid. A plunger rod is removably attached to the mixing piece and is operable to move the mixing piece up and down within the tube during mixing. The two plunger pieces are joined and moved as a single plunger during dispensing.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS INCLUDING A MIXING ELEMENT FOR TEMPORARILY MIXING IMMISCIBLE COMPONENTS OF A MULTI-PHASE COMPOSITION
A multi-phase cosmetic composition mixing pack for mixing immiscible components of a multi-phase cosmetic composition such that they are temporarily miscible includes a container for holding the multi-phase cosmetic composition that has a first open end and a container central axis, and a mixing element disposed within the container and configured to be actuated for mixing immiscible components of the multi-phase cosmetic composition such that they are temporarily miscible, wherein the mixing element is limited to one or more of substantially rotational movement and lateral movement along the container central axis when actuated.
Manufacturing Apparatus, Mixing Machine And/Or Receiving Device For The Manufacture Of A Composition From A Mixture Of Formulations
A mixing machine, configured to receive a receiving device in order to form a manufacturing apparatus, the mixing machine comprising: a support defining a receiving housing, able to receive a first capsule and a second capsule both deformable and intended to be fluidly linked to each other, the first and second capsules containing respectively a first formulation and a second formulation, an actuation system, movable in rotation back-and-forth about a pivot axis, a cam movable in rotation along a cam axis of rotation not parallel to the actuation axis of rotation, the cam comprising a drive finger,
wherein the actuation system comprises a drive groove configured to receive said drive finger, so that the rotation of the cam causes a back-and-forth motion of the actuation system, wherein the link between the drive finger and the drive groove comprises a ball joint.
SPINNING DRINKING VESSEL
A drinking vessel for holding liquids, having a base engaged with a rotation platform, the rotation platform having two parts in rotational engagement and configured to enable the drinking vessel to spin.
Bone cement applicator with retractable mixing rod and method for production of a bone cement
A bone cement applicator comprising a cartridge with an internal space. The cartridge has a head with a dispensing opening for expulsion of bone cement, a dispensing plunger, a receptacle mobile in the cartridge, and a mixing rod with a mixer fastened to it and arranged in the internal space of the cartridge. The mixing rod is detachably connected, on a side opposite from the mixer, to a front side of the receptacle that faces the cartridge head. When the mixing rod is detached from the receptacle and the receptacle is propelled in the direction of the cartridge head the mixing rod can be pushed into the receptacle. A method is also disclosed for production of a bone cement using the bone cement applicator.
Finger manipulated mixing device
A small, non-powered, handheld and finger-manipulated mixing device adapted for stirring or mixing liquids or liquid/solid combinations in relatively small volume containers. The mixing device has an elongated rod-like main body with an agitation member disposed on its distal end. The main body is provided with a bounded shaft segment that is bounded proximally and distally by transition shoulders of greater diameter than the bounded shaft segment, thus providing a region to receive the thumb and finger of the user to spin the main body, with the transition shoulders preventing excessive movement in the axial direction during rotation.
Cooler lid with integral mixing paddle
An apparatus configured for attaching to a conventional cooler and mixing the contents therein, the apparatus including a lid assembly integrated with a mixing assembly. The lid assembly includes a lid having both a hole and an opening to allow the addition of contents to the container and a cover that can be positioned over the opening and secured to the lid. The mixing assembly is integrated with the lid assembly through the hole and includes a centering guide positioned at the bottom of the container, a mixing paddle coupled to the top portion of the centering guide, and a handle operatively coupled to the mixing paddle through the hole. After contents are added to the container through the opening, the cover is positioned over the opening and securely coupled to the lid. The handle is operated to cause the mixing paddle to stir the contents of the container.
Two-component mixing capsule, particularly for highly viscous dental materials
Disclosed is a two-component mixing capsule for intake and for mixing of two compositions with a capsule housing having a discharge spout at its front end, wherein the mixing capsule comprises a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber, wherein the two mixing chambers may be separated from each other for storage or for transport, by the first mixing chamber being rotatable into a first position in which the first mixing chamber is separated from mixing chamber, by a rotatably mounted handhold element, the rotational axis of which is approximately perpendicularly arranged to the longitudinal axis of the mixing capsule. The two mixing chambers form a common mixing chamber by rotating the first mixing chamber into a second position in which the central axes of the first and second mixing chamber are substantially coaxially arranged, wherein the composition may be discharged after mixing by attaching a squeezing piston.
