APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR HOMOGENIZING A FOOD PRODUCT
Described herein is a mixing apparatus for mixing a non-homogenized food product contained within a container. The apparatus includes a housing including a first end wall, a second end wall, and a top wall that at least partially define a cavity of the housing. The apparatus also includes a pair of rollers extending from the first end wall to the second end wall and coupled to the housing such that each roller is rotatable relative to the housing. The apparatus also includes a motor positioned in the cavity and enclosed within the housing, the motor operatively coupled to a first roller of the pair of rollers and configured to drive the first roller to rotate for rotating the container, and a battery positioned in the cavity and enclosed within the housing, the battery operatively coupled to the motor to provide power thereto to drive the first roller.
FROTHING DEVICE
A novel device for frothing milk and corresponding method are disclosed. The frothing device preferably comprises a rotatable shaft, an impeller rotatable by the shaft, and a screen disposed about the bottom of the impeller downstream of milk being pushed by the impeller. In another embodiment, the frothing device may further comprise a pitcher having a bottom wall, wherein the rotatable shaft extends upward from the bottom wall of the pitcher. This embodiment may further comprise a heater in the base of the pitcher. In yet another embodiment, the frothing device may further comprise a pitcher having a bottom wall, wherein the rotatable shaft extends upward from the bottom wall of the pitcher. This embodiment may further comprise a housing having a heater and a nub extending upwardly from the housing. The nub is configured to engage an opening at the bottom of the shaft for rotating the shaft. The disclosed embodiments advantageously create foam and further break the foam bubbles down into microscopic bubbles resulting in a silky smooth foam-textured milk without the conventional use of a steam wand or other such device.
Locking and unlocking a blender
A rechargeable blender with a locking mechanism is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may include a base assembly, a container assembly, a blending component, control circuitry, and/or other components. The blender includes a power interface configured to be manually engaged by the user, which facilitates transitions between a locked mode of operation and an unlocked mode of operation. Rotation of the blending component is selectively allowed or prevented based at least in part on the current mode of operation.
PORTABLE BLENDER
A portable blender is provided, the portable blender having a substantially cylindrical or conical base and a substantially cylindrical or conical blending chamber. A blade assembly is rotatably fixed within the blending chamber, and a motor is provided for rotating the blade, the motor being located within the base. A battery assembly for powering the motor is located within the base. The battery assembly has several substantially cylindrical battery cells arranged in a semicircular configuration and located adjacent an outer wall of the base.
EXTENDED-RANGE SPRAY APPLICATOR
The disclosure relates to an extended-range spray applicator, and methods of making and use thereof, for dosing vaccines and/or probiotics to avian animals at a distance.
WINE BOTTLE AERATOR
An expansion chamber includes a chamber body having a top portion above a bottom portion cooperatively forming a hollow chamber volume configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process for aerating a liquid, including wine and other alcoholic beverages. The bottom portion has a bottom opening configured to engage an opening of an uncorked and/or opened wine bottle. The top portion has a top opening. The hollow chamber volume is configured to be in fluid communication with an inside of the uncorked and/or opened bottle when the bottom opening is engaged with the opening of the uncorked and/or opened bottle. A maximum inside diameter of the hollow chamber volume in a horizontal plane with respect to the uncorked and/or opened wine bottle set upon a horizontal surface is cooperatively formed between the top and bottom portions, wherein the maximum inside diameter is at least 2.50 inches.
Water cooled vaporizing system
A housing assembly is formed of upper and lower cases with top and bottom plates and an intermediate plate separating the upper case and lower cases. An agitation assembly includes water in the lower case. A plurality of paddles submerged in the water are rotatable to agitate the water. An inlet assembly includes an inlet pipe having a top end above the top plate with a module receiver and a bottom end submerged in the water. A vaporizing module is coupled with the module receiver to form an annular passageway terminating at the top end of the inlet pipe. A heater adjacent to the inlet pipe is adapted to heat vaping material whereby gaseous output will tumble down the annular passageway then down the inlet pipe into the water. An outlet assembly includes an outlet pipe having a top end and a bottom end terminating below above the water.
PORTABLE BLENDER SYSTEM
The present invention relates generally to kitchen appliances. Particularly, the present invention relates to portable kitchen appliances for blending food items at power levels comparable to AC appliances. The present invention includes a cooling system for the portable blender to prevent overheating. The blender system also includes a jar and base which are stackable within one another so that the system has a first configuration for use, and a second configuration for storage.
BEVERAGE POD
A container includes a receptacle to hold nutrients and other food contents for a smoothie. The container is used with a larger vessel such as a blender into which the capsule is inserted and into which water or other fluid is poured. When the blender is closed, the container opens to release its contents for blending with the fluid into a delicious, healthful smoothie. The container may have a cover with opening flaps and relatively movable elements that pivot the flaps open when opposite forces are applied to the container by the larger vessel.
Wine bottle aerator
An aeration assembly for aerating liquids including wine and other alcoholic beverages includes an expansion chamber and an aerating device. The expansion chamber is configured to be in fluid communication with an inside of the uncorked and/or opened bottle when engaged by a bottom portion of the expansion chamber. The aerating device comprises a gas conduit having a proximal end in fluid communication with a distal end. The distal end is disposable below the bottom portion of the expansion chamber. A gas source is in fluid communication with the proximal end of the gas conduit. The expansion chamber is configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process. The expansion chamber and aerating device are not permanently connected, wherein the aerating device can be fully removed from the expansion chamber before, during or after the aeration process.
