Manifold for a hydraulic vibration generating device or hydraulic motor
A hydraulic vibration generation device or hydraulic motor is provided. The device includes a manifold having an inner volume with a pressure chamber extending into the inner volume, a fluid inlet orifice and a fluid outlet orifice. The device further includes a vibration generating member having a grooved drive and an off-center weight and retaining plates. The inner volume receives the vibration generating member within the inner volume. The vibration generating member rotates and generates vibration in response to hydraulic fluid flowing into the manifold through the inlet orifice and directed through the pressure chamber, relieves pressure upon exiting the pressure chamber and out of the manifold through the outlet orifice. Also provided a hydraulic motor with a same manifold and pressure chamber, but with a power generating member having the same groove drive without and off-center weight. Rotation of the power generating member generates power.

A tank, such as a fermentation tank, includes a scraper blade assembly slideably coupled to a bottom surface of the tank. The scraper blade assembly includes a blade arranged to displace solids deposited on the bottom surface of the tank out through an aperture arranged flush with the bottom surface of the tank.

Modified layered silicate novel barrier and shielding pigment and method thereof
The present invention relates to a kind of pigment preparation, in particular to a modified layered silicate novel barrier and shielding pigment and its preparation method. It is a layer silicate with exchangeable anticorrosive ions as a template, using metal oxides or metal salts, inorganic acids to synthesize nano-spherical zinc phosphate, phosphate, molybdate, borate or tungstate, with rare earth cerium, strontium, lanthanum or praseodymium doped modification of the pigment. The invention uses silicate as a template to effectively control the agglomeration of nanoparticles during the liquid phase deposition process, avoiding the multiple cleaning and sewage treatment processes required by using surfactants and solvents. What is more valuable is lamellar silicic acid. The salt itself has certain anti-corrosion properties and is economical. At the same time, the physical barrier and exchangeable anti-corrosion ions of the lamellae further improve the anti-corrosion properties of the pigment, making the pigment highly active and shielding.
