SLURRY PRODUCTION APPARATUS
A slurry production apparatus includes: a mixing device (including a dispersion mixing section) that mixes a liquid and a powder to produce a slurry; a powder supply device that supplies the powder to the mixing device; a powder dry box that accommodates an opening portion of the powder supply device; and a first dry booth that accommodates the mixing device and the powder dry box.
Portable Pump for High Viscosity Materials
A pump for high viscosity materials is mounted on a rectangular frame that fits through a standard doorway. Quick detach latches allow removal of the grate, the hopper or the console, including the control box, from the frame for safer and lighter transportation of the pump. Extendable handles facilitate lifting, moving, and storing the pump. Pivotable wheels with locking mechanisms allows the pump to be moved in any direction by a single user.
SILICA DUST MITIGATION AND RECIRCULATION SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
The present disclosure includes embodiments of a recirculation system and methods for mitigating release of silica dust at a hydrocarbon well site. The embodiments of the recirculation system may include a blender hopper, one or more proppant silos, a footed hood, a conveyor, one or more amplifiers, one or more compressed air sources, one or more vacuum hoses, an augur, and a blender. In one or more embodiments, the methods of recirculating silica dust to mitigate the release of silica dust includes conveying sand proppant on a conveyor from the one or more proppant silos to a blender hopper, directing sand proppant from the conveyor into the blender hopper, supplying compressed air to one or more amplifiers, directing sand proppant from the blender hopper to a blender via an augur, and adjusting the extent of at least one of the two or more leg segments and the leg adjustment arrangement.
Reversible cutting edge for agricultural cutter
A cutting edge for agricultural use provides opposed cutting edges arranged to be rotationally symmetric about an axis so that the cutting edge may be reversed in the field to repair or replace the cutting edge without the need for separate spare parts. In some embodiments a support plate may provide a ledge stop supporting the unused cutting edge to absorb impact shocks without cutting edge damage.
MONITORING DEVICE, MONITORING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A mixer control device having a function of a monitoring device acquires measurement data of monitoring target information that is obtained through measurement when a rubber material is kneaded by a mixer. In addition, the mixer control device compares the measurement data and reference data that is selected in past measurement data of the monitoring target information and performs abnormality determination. The mixer control device acquires measurement data that is measured from predetermined mixing operation initiation timing in a series of mixing operations of a rubber material in the mixer for every unit of the series of mixing operation.
BULK MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM FOR REDUCED DUST, NOISE, AND EMISSIONS
Methods for handling bulk material in a manner that reduces dust, noise, and emissions are provided. The presently disclosed techniques use portable containers to transfer bulk material from a transportation unit to a blender inlet. The containers may be carried to the location on the transportation unit, where a hoisting mechanism is used to remove the container from the transportation unit and place it in a desired location. When bulk material is needed at the blender inlet, the hoisting mechanism may position the container of bulk material onto an elevated support structure. Once on the support structure, the container may be opened to release bulk material to a gravity feed outlet, which routes the bulk material from the container directly into the blender inlet. The disclosed containerized bulk material transfer system and method allows for reduced dust, noise, and emissions on location.
Mortar delivery system
A Mortar Delivery System is described. The Mortar Delivery System provides precise control of the delivery and application of mortar in addition to the mixing and tempering of mortar. Such control eliminates the use of a hand trowel in brick, block and stone laying applications. Sensing and control are integrated with the Mortar Delivery System to make it an important element of a robotic brick laying system. The Mortar Delivery System contains sensors to measure mortar viscosity and workability, mortar flow rate, and mortar nozzle pressure. The data from the Mortar Delivery System sensors can be used to change the rotational speed of the shear blades, change the amount of water being used for mixing or tempering, and change the delivery speed of the mortar. Such changes result in precise control of mortar that is in turn suitable for automated or semi-automated building processes.
MIXER FOR SYNTHETIC QUARTZ
A mixer for synthetic quartz includes a mixing barrel (1), a power transmission system (2), a mixing system (3), and multiple material receiving receptacles (4). The power transmission system is provided above the mixing tank. The mixing system is provided inside the mixing tank. The power transmission system is used to drive the mixing system to move. An opening is arranged at each of two ends of the material receiving receptacle. The multiple material receiving receptacles (4) are arranged at a top portion of the mixing tank, and end portions of two adjacent material receiving receptacles are spaced apart from each other without contact there between. A resin experiences low flow resistance in the material receiving receptacle, and thus can fall smoothly without accumulating in the material receiving receptacle. Moreover, the material receiving receptacle can be cleaned easily.
UNVULCANIZED RUBBER ANTI-TACK AGENT, PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ANTI-TACK LIQUID, AND ANTI-TACK LIQUID PRODUCTION DEVICE
An anti-tack liquid Q1 is produced by an anti-tack liquid production device, using an anti-tack agent G for unvulcanized rubber in the form of a solid having a moisture content that is more than 3% by mass but is 35% by mass or less, wherein the aforementioned device includes: a hopper 11 for storing the anti-tack agent G for unvulcanized rubber; a stirring tank 13 for mixing water and the anti-tack agent G for unvulcanized rubber; and a quantitative feeder 12 for quantitatively supplying a constant amount of the anti-tack agent for unvulcanized rubber from the hopper 11 to the stirring tank 13.
High efficiency powder dispersion and blend system and method for use in well completion operations
An improved system and method for fluidizing dry powder-based additives into downhole well operations utilizes a dried, low-volume air stream and an ejector nozzle in order to disperse the powders into a liquid stream. In an embodiment, the system can be placed on a powder blending trailer in order to convey additives directly from bulk transport bins into a liquid stream, through the use of an atmospheric pressure hydration tank fitted with a cyclone separator to ensure an even dispersal into the liquid stream.
