Method and apparatus for dynamic gas mixture production
The present invention relates to a method for producing and delivering a gas mixture having a selected composition of a first gas and at least one second gas, comprising the following steps: (a) providing a main gas flow comprising the first gas in a main conduit, (b) separating the main gas flow into a first plurality of secondary gas flows, (c) guiding each secondary gas flow through a secondary conduit, (d) adding at least one second gas to at least one of the first plurality of secondary gas flows in the respective secondary conduit through a delivering conduit, said delivering conduit protruding into the secondary conduit, and (e) combining the first plurality of secondary gas flows to the gas mixture. With the technical teaching of the present invention a dynamic gas bottle filling is possible wherein the second gas components may have a concentration form some ppb to percent.
LIQUID INLINE MIXING AND GAS INFUSION SYSTEM
A beverage dispensing system includes an infusion unit and a dispensing station. The infusion unit is to mix a liquid beverage product and a gas to produce a gas-infused liquid beverage product. The infusion unit includes a first infusion unit inlet to receive the liquid beverage product, a second infusion unit inlet to receive the gas, and a first infusion unit outlet to output the gas-infused liquid beverage product. The dispensing station includes a first valve, coupled to the first outlet of the infusion unit, to receive and dispense the gas-infused liquid beverage product. The dispensing station further includes a second valve to receive and dispense the liquid beverage product.
Chemical Solution Proportioning Method
The steps of providing a cleaning device, a liquid proportioning device and a series of tanks filled with liquids. The cleaning device has a nozzle, a series of hoses and a pump. The liquid proportioning device includes a series of passageways, having three chambers and two valves, and a manifold for mixing the liquids to form a cleaning solution. The passageways include knobs to set the ratio of each liquid that the user desires to mix into a cleaning solution. Once the cleaning solution is mixed, it is fed through a pump to cleaning device for use. The proportioning device allows a user to easily, quickly and accurately mix liquids to form a cleaning solution.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INJECTING A GAS INTO A BEVERAGE
Disclosed herein are techniques and methods for dispersing a volume of gas in a beverage contained in an unpressurized container.
Mixing container
The invention provides a mixing container comprising: a liquid holding vessel having first and second chambers each for holding a different liquid; a mixing unit having a first valve and a second adjustable valve, the second adjustable valve having an opening that can be partially closed to permit a pre-determined portion of liquid from each chamber to be dispensed when pouring from the mixing container; and the second valve including a series of teeth around the periphery thereof for engaging an adjustment wheel in the mixing unit to open or close the opening in the second adjustable valve.
Variable pressure device for solubilizing carbon dioxide in a beverage
A variable pressure device to solubilize carbon dioxide (CO2) in a beverage includes: a carbonation tank, a CO2 inlet valve and a venting valve attached to the tank's top part; a discharge valve attached to the tank's bottom part; a booster pump arranged immediately after the discharge valve; a recycling valve arranged immediately after the booster pump, which is connected to a recycling inlet at the top part of the tank; an outlet between the pump and the recycling valve; a level sensor arranged on the lid of the tank; a CO2 inlet valve attached to a tank side near its top part; a modulating valve arranged after the CO2 inlet valve; a Venturi attached immediately after the modulating valve; a control point arranged between the modulating valve and the Venturi; and a beverage inlet valve into the tank attached immediately after the Venturi, which is formed by a pipeline.
Continuous dry particulate matter injection device for fertigation applications
A continuous dry particulate matter injection device (1), and more in particular a device for use in a fertigation application in which a soluble matter, such as a fertilizer, is suspended and/or dissolved into the irrigation water in order to use the irrigation system and irrigation water as a delivery system for the soluble matter, in particular a soluble fertilizer. To this end, the device includes at least one feed device (2), suitable for feeding particulate matter, and connected, by a first connection pipe (3), to the top of a vertically positioned slurry mixing chamber (5), located under the first connection pipe (3), and a pressurized mixing tank (12), connected to the bottom of the slurry mixing chamber (5) by a second connection pipe (8). The device is operated in a continuous cycle.
PLANT FOR WASHING AND SANITISING THE UDDERS OF DAIRY ANIMALS
Plant for washing and sanitising the udders of dairy animals of the type consisting of a control panel (1), for the management and the control of the entire plant, a tank (2) for water collection and delivery, a motor body (3) for plant management and a brush body (4) for animal treatment, characterised in that ozone generator (5), structure for ozone enrichment of the water delivered by said tank (2) and structure for drying the udders with ozone once the washing has been completed and furthermore provided.
GAS MIXING AND PRODUCT PRODUCTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method of for mixing gases is described. The gases may include a first and a second gas wherein a gas mixing system accepts the gases and operates in a plurality of modes of operation to produce a discharge gas including a mixture thereof, and the second gas may be supplied without the first gas, and the first gas may be supplied without the second gas. The gas mixing system may be integrated with a gas processing system to produce a biogas-related product. The gas mixing system may be a compressor, a jet compressor, an ejector, an eductor, venturi jet pump, eductor-jet pump, and/or a thermocompressor, that uses a first stream of high-pressure gas to entrain a relatively lower pressure second gas, mixes the two, and discharges a third gas mixture that is of a sufficiently elevated pressure to be supplied to other areas of a production facility.
