Fluid path set with turbulent mixing chamber, back flow compensator
A fluid path set includes a first fluid line having a proximal end fluidly connectable to a source of a first fluid and a second fluid line having a proximal end fluidly connectable to a source of a second fluid. A flow mixing device is in fluid communication with distal ends of the first and second fluid lines. The flow mixing device includes a housing, a first fluid port provided for receiving the first fluid, and a second fluid port for receiving the second fluid. A mixing chamber is disposed within the housing and is in fluid communication with the first and second fluid ports. A third fluid port in fluid communication with the mixing chamber for discharging a mixed solution of the first and second fluids. A turbulent flow inducing member is disposed within the mixing chamber for promoting turbulent mixing of the first and second fluids.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WETTING PARTICLES
A device for wetting particles, in particular wood particles, with an application agent, at least one conduit transporting a fluid as a fluid stream and an end section which forms an outlet. The fluid can be introduced in the direction of the main flow into a container containing the particles, via the outlet. The particles are in the container in a loosened state and/or can be loosened. The application agent, for spraying by a nozzle device with a speed component directed against the main flow direction, can be introduced into the fluid stream and can be guided to the particles by the fluid stream.
MIXING DEVICE
The invention generally relates to a mixing device. In certain embodiments, devices of the invention include a fluidic inlet, a fluidic outlet, and a chamber, the chamber being configured to produce a plurality of fluidic vortexes within the chamber.
Mixing device including a disk-shaped mixing section including pins protruding from the disk-shaped mixing section, mixture fluid production device mixture fluid production method, and mixture fluid, oxygen-containing water and ice produced by the same
A mixing device includes a mixing section that mixes a first liquid-phase fluid with one kind or two or more kinds among a solid, a gas, and a second liquid-phase fluid different from the first liquid-phase fluid, in which the mixing section includes a supply hole for a fluid, a discharge hole for the fluid, a flow path that makes the supply hole and the discharge hole communicate with each other, and pins that protrude from the mixing section such that a fluid that includes materials to be mixed is supplied from the supply hole to the flow path, mixed by passing through the flow path with contact with the pins, and discharged from the discharge hole.
Whipped Cream Dispenser
A whipped cream dispenser including a main body comprising a frame, a base, and a top portion, the top portion including a user interface with a touchscreen. The main body includes a pump for introducing a refrigerated ingredient, at least one surface passage tube containing the refrigerated ingredient, a mixing manifold for receiving an injection of one or more flavors, a NIM venturi for receiving the one or more flavors and for receiving an injection of gas to produce a gas-infused mixture, and a whipper tube comprising a whipper wand, the whipper wand configured to force the gas-infused mixture into the refrigerated product to produce a final whipped product.
Method for foaming adhesive and related system
The present invention relates to methods and systems for producing a foamed adhesive. A method for foaming an adhesive includes feeding an adhesive from a supply storage tank to a pump, conveying the adhesive outputted by the pump through an adhesive flow meter, injecting an air into the adhesive once the adhesive travels through the adhesive flow meter, feeding a mixture of the adhesive and air to a static mixer, mixing the mixture homogeneously with the static mixer such that the adhesive is foamed, and transporting the foamed adhesive to a product storage tank.
Mixing device
The invention generally relates to a mixing device. In certain embodiments, devices of the invention include a fluidic inlet, a fluidic outlet, and a chamber, the chamber being configured to produce a plurality of fluidic vortexes within the chamber.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING STABILIZED, GAS INFUSED LIQUIDS CONTAINING HIGH AND ULTRA-HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF INFUSED GAS, AND METHODS USING THE STABILIZED, GAS INFUSED LIQUIDS
A method for producing stabilized, gas-infused liquids containing ultra high concentrations of infused gas, includes steps of: generating a gas-infused liquid in a sealed vessel under a high pressure of at least 20 psi; stabilizing the gas-infused liquid by passing the liquid while still under the high pressure through a tubular flow path arrangement which compresses the infused gas into nano bubbles in the liquid; infusing an additional amount of the gas into the stabilized liquid by injecting the same, while still under high pressure, back into the sealed pressure vessel along with more of the gas; and again stabilizing the liquid by again passing liquid, while still under the high pressure, through the tubular flow path arrangement to thereby form the additional amount of infused gas into nano bubbles in the liquid.
High-flow, high-pressure inline saturator system and method thereof
There is provided an inline saturator system and method for gas exchange with an aqueous-phase liquid. The system includes a pressure vessel, configured to receive a first liquid and a first gas from external sources and to discharge a second liquid and a second gas from the pressure vessel, and a gas infusion device situated within the pressure vessel. The gas infusion device is configured to receive the first liquid and first gas, to facilitate gas exchange therebetween, producing the second liquid and the second gas, and to discharge the second liquid and second gas into the pressure vessel. The system further includes a recirculation system configured to direct a portion of liquid within the pressure vessel back into the saturator device, where injection of the redirected liquid into the gas infusion device forces the first liquid into the gas infusion device for the gas exchange.
MIXING DEVICE
The invention generally relates to a mixing device. In certain embodiments, devices of the invention include a fluidic inlet, a fluidic outlet, and a chamber, the chamber being configured to produce a plurality of fluidic vortexes within the chamber.
