POLYMERIZATION REACTOR
The present invention relates to a polymerization reactor. The polymerization reactor according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing including a supply part for supplying a reactant; a tube which is provided inside the housing and extends along the height direction of the housing; a first impeller including a blade which spirally surrounds the tube along the height direction of the housing; a second impeller which is provided inside the housing in order to enable the reactant to flow into the tube; and a partition wall which is provided to surround the second impeller along the circumferential direction.

Provided are a system for producing a polyolefin, a method of producing a polyolefin, and a method of producing a heterophasic propylene polymer material, each of which allows (i) a gel, to be contained in a molded product that is made of an obtained polyolefin, to be reduced and (ii) a polyolefin to be continuously produced stably. A polyolefin producing system (1) includes: a cylindrical member which extends in a vertical direction; diameter decreasing members each of which is provided to the cylindrical member, each of the diameter decreasing members having (i) an inner diameter that decreases as the each of the diameter decreasing members extends downward and (ii) a gas inlet opening at a lower end of the each of the diameter decreasing members; spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) each of which is surrounded by (a) an inner surface of a corresponding one of the diameter decreasing members and (b) part of an inner surface of the cylindrical member which part extends upward from the corresponding one of the diameter decreasing members, each of the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) being a region in which a spouted bed is formed, the number of the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) being 3 or more; and at least one fluidized bed type olefin polymerization reaction region which is provided at a stage subsequent to the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25).
CHEMICAL REACTION APPARATUS
In order to suppress discharge of an unreacted content in a chemical reaction apparatus for irradiating a content with microwaves, a chemical reaction apparatus includes: a horizontal flow-type reactor in which a liquid content horizontally flows with an unfilled space being provided thereabove; a microwave generator that generates microwaves; and a waveguide that transmits the microwaves generated by the microwave generator to the unfilled space in the reactor, wherein the inside of the reactor is partitioned into multiple chambers to by overflow-type partition plates and that allow the content to flow thereover and an underflow-type partition plate that allows the content to flow thereunder.

Fluidized bed reactor apparatus, comprising a cylindrical reactor chamber (10), and a rotating shaft (14) equipped with radially extending fluidization units (16) disposed in the reactor chamber (10), said rotating shaft (14) being connected to a drive unit (42). The apparatus further comprising means for feeding fluidizing bed material into the reactor chamber (10), creating a fluidized bed (28) in the reactor chamber (10), means for feeding organic material that shall be processed into the fluidized bed (28) in the reactor chamber (10), and one or more outlets (22,24) for discharge of material, gases and vapors, wherein the process in the reactor chamber (10) is controlled by a control system (40) connected to at least the drive unit (42). The invention also relates to a method for processing organic material using a fluidized bed reactor apparatus.
FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR SYSTEM FOR CATALYTIC CRACKING OF LIGHT HYDROCARBONS
A fluidized bed reactor system including a fluidized bed reactor configured to receive a heated light hydrocarbon feed stream flowing upwards and a heated regenerated catalyst at a temperature sufficient to crack the heated light hydrocarbon feed stream to produce a product effluent stream containing hydrogen and spent catalyst having coke deposits, a catalyst regeneration unit operatively connected to a bottom portion of the fluidized bed reactor, the catalyst regeneration unit being configured to receive the spent catalyst flowing downwards and combust the coke deposits to produce the heated regenerated catalyst and a heated gas effluent for generating the heated light hydrocarbon feed stream, and a riser externally attached to the fluidized bed reactor and the catalyst regeneration unit, the riser being configured to receive the heated regenerated catalyst and a gas-based stream to flow the heated regenerated catalyst upwards to the fluidized bed reactor.

A deposition system includes an isolator or fume hood and a reactor for coating particles, the reactor including a rotatable reactor assembly positioned within the isolator or fume hood and including a reactor drum configured to hold a plurality of particles to be coated, an inlet tube, and an outlet tube. The reactor drum is configured to be detached from the inlet tube and the outlet tube by an operator while the reactor drum remains within the isolator or fume hood.
