COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR INHIBITING BIOFILM DEPOSITION AND PRODUCTION
The invention provides a method for combating biofilm, said method comprising contacting a biofilm with a composition comprising effective amounts of one or more biofilm degrading enzymes in combination with antimicrobial agents or antimicrobial essential oils. The biofilm may be on an animate or inanimate surface and both medical and non-medical uses and methods are provided. In a preferred aspect the invention provides a composition and method for use in the treatment or prevention of a biofilm infection in a subject, particularly in the oral cavity.
Cable-wrapping tape
The invention relates to a cable wrapping tape for wrapping cables in motor vehicles, comprising a tape-shaped carrier and an adhesive coating on at least one side of said carrier, and characterised in that the adhesive coating and/or carrier are provided with an incorporated repellent against, in particular, mammal bites.

Fruit and Vegetable-Based Fermentate Compositions and Methods of Making and Using the Same
A method for producing a fermentate including the steps of obtaining a fruit or vegetable extract, treating the extract with a hydrolytic enzyme, mixing the extract with a fermenting microorganism, water, and a growth media to produce a liquid composition; and incubating the liquid composition at a controlled temperature and a controlled pH to produce a fermentate. A method for killing or inhibiting the growth of a contaminating microorganism on or within a food product, and a food product including a fermentate having a cellular mass component from a fermenting microorganism, a fermented fruit or vegetable extract and a hydrolytic enzyme are disclosed. A fermentate produced by any one of the methods described is contemplated. The fermentate may be a concentrated liquid or a dry powder and has the ability to inhibit the growth of a contaminating microorganism by 100% when diluted to less than 5% (w/v).

PEST REPELLENT
The present disclosure relates to pest repellent compositions and methods of using and applying the same to repel pests, including the Japanese beetle. In one example, a composition for use in repelling pests from vegetation includes two or more essential oils, a mixing agent, and a surfactant. The two or more essential oils may include at least capsaicin oil in a concentration that is effective at reducing or eliminating pest activity on the vegetation without harming the vegetation. The pest activity may include Japanese beetle activity.

PLANT ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING AN EMULSIFIER AND/OR OZONE AND METHODS OF USE
Compositions and methods that utilize a combination of essential oils or other plant-derived extracts or compounds and an emulsifier as an antimicrobial are provided. In some embodiments the compositions further include ozone. In some embodiments, the composition includes one or more plant essential oils, plant extracts, or plant-derived compounds, or combinations thereof, and an emulsifier (such as a saponin). The antimicrobial composition may also include water, peracetic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, and/or hydrogen peroxide. Methods of killing a microorganism, including contacting the microorganism with the disclosed antimicrobial compositions are also provided. The microorganism may be present on a food item or a food contact of non-food contact surface and may be in the form of a biofilm. In some examples, the antimicrobial composition is used one or more times (such as 1 to 5 times).
