An oven is provided. The oven includes a housing comprising a baking surface and an enclosure. The baking surface extends within the housing and includes side apertures with a first plurality of in-shot burners that extend through each aperture, wherein during operation heated combustion gas from the burners is directed toward the roof of the enclosure during operation. The oven additionally includes a box disposed below the baking surface with an interior that is in thermal communication with the baking surface, wherein the box supports a burner that is oriented such that heated combustion gas from the burners flows through the box and a portion of the heat from combustion is transferred through the baking surface.

The present application discloses an oven comprising an oven body, wherein the oven body includes a housing, a combustion chamber, a grid plate, and a blower; the combustion chamber is arranged inside the housing and configured to accommodate barbecue charcoal, the grid plate is arranged above the housing and configured to place food, and the blower is communicated with the combustion chamber via an air channel, speeds of air flows in the combustion chamber are controlled by the blower, so that the present application can still be normally used in indoor environments or calm environments. Moreover, the blower is further provided with a speed control circuit and a speed control knob, which can adjust air flow precisely, so that thermal power can be well controlled and various barbecue effects can be achieved.

Conveyor oven apparatus and method
A conveyor oven according to some embodiments has a first mode and a second mode of operation and includes a tunnel in which food is cooked, a conveyor for moving the food through the tunnel, a first set and a second set of one or more burners, each set configured to generate heat for the tunnel, and a controller responsive to the detection of an absence of food in the tunnel, the controller configured to change operation of the first set of one or more burners and the second set of one or more burners from the first mode of operation to the second mode of operation based at least in part upon the detection of the absence of food product from the tunnel.

A multi-deck burner assembly for a conveyor-type oven can include a central manifold feeding fuel to upstream and downstream arrays of burners. Other burner assemblies can include pilot burners disposed at approximately a midway point along a longitudinal direction of the burners, thereby enabling the use of longer burners, and thus more efficient burner assembly design. Some burner assemblies can include both a centrally located manifold feeding upstream and downstream arrays and pilot burners disposed at approximately midpoints along the longitudinal lengths of both the upstream and downstream arrays.
