The invention is characterized in that the pan is formed from a flat mat (11) made of a high-temperature-resistant, elastic, flexible silicone rubber or another plastic, the mat (11) comprising at least one floor panel (13b) and a plurality of side-wall panels (13a, 13c, 13k, 13f) oriented parallel thereto, wherein there is between the floor panel and each side-wall panel an in particular straight predetermined fold line (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) along which the side-wall panel (13a, 13c, 13k, 13f) can be bent relative to the floor panel (13b) and can be displaced from a flat rest position (FIG. 1) into an orthogonal use position (FIG. 9), and wherein shape-retaining formations (17a, 17b, 17c, 17d, 17e, 17f, 17g, 17h, 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) are provided that are used to releasably lock a side-wall panel in its use position.
DO IT YOURSELF CANNABIS BAKING KIT
An apparatus for preparing a cannabis edible, including methods of delivery and preparation, comprises a first container, a second container, and a pan which are secured in a first housing. The apparatus further includes a tray which together with the first housing is placed in a second housing. The first container includes a lid and is used to store cannabis extract having a predetermined dosage of cannabinoid resin. The second container is used to store a food mix. The pan is used to mix the cannabis extract and the food mix in a mixture. The tray is used to cover an open top section of the pan after the mixture is heated and may further include a plurality of notches along its sides as portion indicators.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UPRIGHT CASTING MOLD FOR PRODUCING A COMESTIBLE BAKED PRODUCT IN COMPLEX FORMS
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using upright cast molding wherein a portion of the interior cavity forms a baking cup which can optionally receive a liner. Embodiments generally include a first part and second part that are configured to be joined together along a seam. When configured, an outer surface is created and an inner surface cavity which creates a contiguous internal hollow space in the form of a three-dimensional shape is formed. A portion of this internal hollow space forms a cup. The cup can be circular shaped or a different shape entirely such as a square. The mold may provide a means for supporting the mold in its designated position. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking pan or to a single stand-alone cup.
APPARATUS FOR RECEIVING A BAKING MOLD AND HOLDING THE BAKING MOLD IN A DESIRED POSITION FOR BAKING
An apparatus for receiving a baking mold and holding the baking mold in a desired position for baking. For a baking mold that is held together by a seal that extends around the edges of the mold, the apparatus includes a slot or trough that bisects the top of the apparatus and receives the seal within the trough. Other embodiments include receptors for protrusions from the baking mold and others include a rim that the baking mold sits over.
OVEN SYSTEM FOR PRESSED FOOD ITEMS
Embodiments of the invention described herein thus provide systems and methods for creating a pressed food item in an oven cooking cavity. The oven system is secured within the oven cooking cavity and is not dependent upon oven door movement or any other oven function. A movable platen is configured to move up and down with respect to a lower platen in order to press a food item during the cooking process. The movable platen may be activated via an actuating arm that extends and is manipulated from outside the oven cooking cavity. In another example, the movable platen may be activated by motor.

Edible paper mold for baking comestibles in complex shape
A mold for producing comestibles in complex shapes wherein at least a portion of the mold is edible. The mold can be constructed entirely of an edible material or may be an interior mold element constructed of an edible material that is placed within a non-edible mold support. The mold may define an opening for injecting a substance into an interior cavity. When the mold is placed into an oven, the substance may begin to melt and as such, the edible mold begins to melt or dissolve around the baking substance. In such circumstances the comestible product includes an interior and an exterior shell or veneer.
COLLAPSIBLE PANS
A collapsible baking pan is provided that may provide for a center base portion that may be hingedly connected to at least three side portions. In some embodiments, one or more side elements may be connected to one or other side elements via a latch having a clamp and a hook.
MULTI-CAVITY BAKING CUP PAN COMPRISED OF A CONTIGUOUS METAL SKELETON FRAME THAT DEFINES A METAL FRAME PERIMETER AROUND THE ENTIRE TOP AREA OF EACH INDIVIDUAL BAKING CUP AND COMPRISED OF BAKING CUPS MADE OF A SILICONE MATERIAL THAT ADJOIN THE METAL FRAME PERIMETER SURROUNDING EACH BAKING CUP
A multi-cavity baking cup pan comprised of a contiguous metal skeleton frame that defines a metal frame perimeter around the entire top area of each individual baking cup and comprised of baking cups made of a silicone material that adjoin the metal frame perimeter surrounding each baking cup.
BAKING MAT
An apparatus for locating slice locations on a rolled food product includes a flexible mat having first and second sides extending between first and second ends, and a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The mat has an open condition where the mat is substantially flat, and the mat is configured to be rolled up about a rolling axis toward a rolled condition with the first surface facing toward the rolling axis. A plurality of marking ridges extends from the first surface. Each marking ridge extends with a longest dimension perpendicular to the rolling axis and spaced from an adjacent marking ridge in a direction parallel to the rolling axis. The plurality of marking ridges is configured to form indentations on an outer surface of an associated rolled food product when the mat is pressed against the associated rolled food product or vice versa.
