The at least two depressions are configured and arranged to collect liquid generated during cooking of meat to contact portions of the meat with liquid without submerging the meat in liquid. An oven ready tray assembly includes meat positioned on the tray bottom. A method of cooking meat includes placing the tray on which the meat is positioned in an oven, cooking the meat on the tray in the oven to generate liquid, the at least two depressions collecting liquid generated during cooking, and contacting the meat with liquid collected in the at least two depressions during cooking.
Device for holding foodstuffs
The invention relates, inter alia, to a device (10) for holding foodstuffs in the manner of a cooking or baking mold (11), comprising a bottom wall (12) and a plurality of side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d), wherein the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are displaceable from a rest position (14), in which they lie flat, relative to the bottom wall (12) into an upright working position (15), and wherein a mat-like portion (16a, 16b, 16,c 16d) is arranged between each two side walls (13a, 13b) and forms an overlap (20) when the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are in the working position (15). The special feature of the invention consists, inter alia, in the fact that the bottom wall (12) and the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are made of metal, wherein the bottom wall (12) along its edge portions (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d) and the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) along their edge portions (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) bordering the bottom wall (12) are covered with a plastics compound (23), which is arranged on the outer side (39, 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) of the walls and which connects the edge portions (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) of the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) to the edge portions (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d) of the bottom wall (12), wherein the inner sides (25, 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d) of the walls (12, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are kept free of plastics compound (23).
Kitchen Tool For Forming Baking Liner
A kitchen tool for manually forming baking liner. This tool includes two pieces, a top piece having a liner deformation portion and a bottom piece also having a liner deformation portion. Both pieces' liner deformation portions are identical. Each of the two pieces include a hollow interior with ribs and an exterior with ribs. The two pieces are adapted for forming baking liner material when the baking liner is placed between the two separated pieces which are subsequently manually pressed one into the other and then manually pulled apart to reveal the now formed baking liner.

Baking mat
An apparatus for locating slice locations on a rolled food product includes a flexible mat having first and second sides extending between first and second ends, and a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The mat has an open condition where the mat is substantially flat, and the mat is configured to be rolled up about a rolling axis toward a rolled condition with the first surface facing toward the rolling axis. A plurality of marking ridges extends from the first surface. Each marking ridge extends with a longest dimension perpendicular to the rolling axis and spaced from an adjacent marking ridge in a direction parallel to the rolling axis. The plurality of marking ridges is configured to form indentations on an outer surface of an associated rolled food product when the mat is pressed against the associated rolled food product or vice versa.
Baking device
A cupcake-pan accessory that includes a reusable liner for receiving and holding food items during baking with the reusable liner including a flexible sidewall having a cupcake pan individual cup engaging exterior surface, an interior surface, a top edge and a bottom edge, a base connected to the flexible sidewall proximal the bottom edge of the flexible sidewall, and at least two baking food item measurement indictors molded to the sidewall and visible around the interior surface of the flexible sidewall with the measurement indictors each representing a specific volume or weight of food items supported by the liner to facilitate precise measurement of baking food items.
Cradle Apparatus For Supporting A Baking Mold Assembly
A cradle apparatus for supporting a baking mold assembly during preparation, transport, baking, and cooling is disclosed. The cradle apparatus includes a support structure receptacle configured to receive and stabilize the baking mold assembly in a stable orientation that prevents tipping. The support structure may further hold the baking mold assembly in a position that prevents leakage of batter when the assembly includes an opening that remains unsealed during baking, and may reinforce at least a portion of the mold assembly to prevent separation. The support structure is formed of a material suitable for use in baking. In another embodiment, a baking system is provided comprising a baking mold assembly and a cradle apparatus configured to receive and stabilize the assembly. In a further embodiment, a device is provided in functional terms including means for receiving, stabilizing, and reinforcing the baking mold assembly.
