SYSTEM FOR INVERTED CASTING MOLD FOR PRODUCING A COMESTIBLE BAKED PRODUCT IN COMPLEX FORMS
A mold assembly including at least three pieces that are joined together by a seal. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an opening in the mold assembly that is either defined by one of the three pieces or by an opening in the seal between two or more of the three pieces. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product by breaking the seal.
Cupcake Baking Assembly
A cupcake baking assembly for cooking without aluminum foil includes a pot that is fillable with water thereby facilitating the water to be boiled in the pot. In this way the water is converted to steam for cooking. A cup insert is removably positionable on the pot to be heated by the steam for cooking. A lid is positionable on the cup insert when the cup insert is positioned on the pot. A plurality of cups is provided and each of the cups is fillable with a fluid food material. Each of the cups is insertable into the cup insert. Additionally, each of the cups is comprised of a thermally conductive material such that each of the cups is in thermal communication the cup insert. In this way each of the cups cooks the fluid food material contained therein.
Flexible multiple piece mold assembly with seals for producing a comestible baked product in complex shape
Soft cake and method of manufacture thereof
The present invention relates to a method for the production of a soft cake having at least a molded face and at least a non-molded face, the molded face having at least one molded three-dimensional pattern, the method comprising the steps of: a) pouring a cake batter suitable for forming a soft cake into a pan, wherein the cake batter has a viscosity of between 500 and 1 Pa.Math.s; b) baking said soft cake batter in said pan to form a soft cake; and c) removing the soft cake from the pan, wherein the pan has a molded inner surface for receiving the cake batter and which provides the three dimensional molding pattern of the soft cake, and wherein the molded inner surface of the pan has an arithmetical mean degree of roughness (Ra) of from 0.12 m to 0.22 m, wherein the molded three-dimensional pattern of the soft cake is complementary to the molded inner surface of the pan and has a molded groove which is in recess relative to said molded face and/or a molded ridge which protrudes relative to said molded face, said molded groove and/or molded ridge having a minimum width of less than 4 mm measured across the groove or ridge at the maximum depth or height respectively.
BUN PAN AND PROCESS FOR MAKING SAME
A pan system is provided having a male mold portion extending from a base plate to create a pallet. Raw dough is rolled out to a sheet having a uniform thickness, which is then formed into a cut shape. The cut shape is placed to overlay the male mold portion and has overlapping seam areas. A guide is brought into proximity with the base plate and guides posts extend through the base plate. The housing is placed between the guide posts. The overlapping seam areas are bonded during the baking process due to being constrained by the housing and male mold portion.
BAKING PAN WITH BAKING MOLDS FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a baking pan (1) for cooking food products in the oven, comprising a plurality of containment structures (3) exhibiting a bottom portion (4), a top portion (5) delimiting an insertion opening (6) and a lateral portion (7) emerging from the bottom portion (4) and connected to the top portion (5). The containment structure (3) is made integrally from a same paper sheet material; a container (8) made of paper sheet material is housed in the containment structure (3) and has a base (9), a lateral wall (10) emerging away from the base (9) and an upper edge (20) emerging from the lateral wall (10); also the container (8) is integrally made starting from a same paper sheet material. The container (8) is coupled to the top portion (5) of the containment structure (3) and the lateral portion (7) of the containment structure (3) comprises a plurality of ribs (7a) extending from the bottom portion (4) and joined to the top portion (5) for defining a lateral area of the containment structure (3) exhibiting through openings alternated by ribs (7a).
Device and method for shaping baked goods
A device and method for shaping baked goods that includes a container and a shaping rack engaging a semi-solid consumable substance within the container to enable creative and decorative shaping and decoration of the semi-solid consumable substance. The shaping rack comprises a perimeter frame section that encloses a framed shaping section. The framed shaping section forms multiple framed sub-sections having geometric shapes. The shaping rack is superimposed over the semi-solid consumable substance. The shaping rack translates, with a sharp edge, toward a bottom surface of the semi-solid consumable substance. In translation, the shaping rack penetrates the semi-solid consumable substance to a determined depth. This allows formation of consumable substance units corresponding in shape, respectively, to the geometric shapes of the framed sub-sections. Blocks on opposite ends of the semi-solid consumable substance restrict penetration by the shaping rack past a predetermined depth.
Apparatus for receiving a baking mold and holding the baking mold in a desired position for baking
An apparatus for receiving a baking mold and holding the baking mold in a desired position for baking. For a baking mold that is held together by a seal that extends around the edges of the mold, the apparatus includes a slot or trough that bisects the top of the apparatus and receives the seal within the trough. Other embodiments include receptors for protrusions from the baking mold and others include a rim that the baking mold sits over.
CRISPER BAKING PAN
The present disclosure provides a baking pan having a plurality of ribs projecting upward from the bottom surface thereof. The ribs and an outer wall of the pan define a plurality of cells. The ribs serve as a guide to a user pouring batter into the pan, to ensure that the batter is evenly poured in all areas of the pan. The batter can be poured to a point where it almost covers or just covers the top of the ribs. The present disclosure also provides a spatula having a flat shape at one end and a cutting wheel at another end.
FLEXIBLE MULTIPLE PIECE MOLD ASSEMBLY WITH SEALS FOR PRODUCING A COMESTIBLE BAKED PRODUCT IN COMPLEX SHAPE
