Baking liner with aperture
A liner that can be used for baking. The liner includes an aperture such that the liner can be placed into a mold that also includes an aperture such that the aperture of the baking liner and the mold are at least partially aligned and, a substance to be baked can be injected into the mold through the aperture of the mold and the aperture of the liner. The liner may include one or more wings that at least partially cover the aperture and that can be folded through the aperture of the mold and against a surface of the mold to hold the liner in place. After baking, the one or more wings can be folded back over the aperture to at least partially cover the aperture.
Device to mold and cook a food product, method to obtain said food product and food product thus obtained
A device to mold and cook a food product (50) comprises at least a mold (12) and at least a molding member (16). The mold has a cavity (14) in which to place on each occasion at least the uncooked dough. The cavity (14) is delimited externally by an external perimeter edge (18). The molding member (16) is shaped with a closed profile, has a shape and size mating with those of the external perimeter edge (18), and has a position distanced from the mold (12) and a position coupled with the mold (12) in order to shape and mold the product (50) into the desired final shape.
Muffin Cooking System
A muffin cooking system includes a pan that has a plurality of indentions. The indentions are spaced apart from each other and are distributed on the pan. A rack is removably positioned on the pan. The rack has a plurality of baskets and each of the baskets may contain a muffin. Each of the baskets is positioned in an associated one of the indentions when the rack is removably positioned on the pan. Thus, the rack may cook the muffins. The rack is removed from the pan when the muffins are cooked and the rack the muffins are cooled.
DETACHABLE MICROWAVE BAKING PAN
An improved detachable microwave baking pan, comprising an upper baking pan and a lower baking pan which are disposed separately, wherein the upper baking pan is provided with an upper baking pan cavity, and the lower baking pan is provided with a lower baking pan cavity; lower grips are disposed on the edge of two sides of the lower baking pan, and each lower grip is provided with an elastic fastener in an integrated extension manner; upper grips are disposed on the edges of two sides of the upper baking pan, and each upper grip is provided with a fastening protrusion which is in corresponding fastening fit with the elastic fastener; the elastic fasteners are matched with the fastening protrusions, such that the upper baking pan and the lower baking pan are combined into a whole; and the upper baking pan cavity and the lower baking pan cavity are communicated to jointly constitute a heating cavity suitable for baking food. The upper baking pan and the lower baking pan are always elastically fastened by means of the elastic property of the elastic fasteners 203, and even if the food in the heating cavity is uneven in thickness, it is assured that both sides of the food can be baked, and the food is uniformly heated in the baking process.
Baking plate for baking ovens
A baking plate for a baking oven for producing baked products such as soft waffles, crispy wafers, pancakes and the like. The baking plate has a carrier plate and one or more baking inserts disposed thereon, which are configured for receiving the batter to be baked. The baking inserts are formed from sintered ceramic that are very sturdy and tough and have low thermal expansion.
Apparatus and method for baking rolls
Disclosed is an apparatus for baking products and particularly for baking rolls having an ornamental surface finish. The apparatus includes a baking tray which has a first mould and a second mould, and, preferably, an insert which is receivable in an opening formed in the second mould. The moulds are securable to one another to prevent them from separating during the baking process. The insert is held captive by the first mould or the first and second moulds combined in a position in which an internal cavity defined by an internal surface of the insert is aligned with a dough receiving cavity in the first mould when they are secured together. Also disclosed is a method of baking rolls.
TWO PIECE BAKING PAN
A two piece baking pan assembly is disclosed, including a top component releasably connectable to a bottom component. The bottom component is constructed as a baking pan having a plurality of reservoirs to receive a baked good therein. The top component includes a plurality of openings each corresponding to the plurality of reservoirs to permit a user to place raw baked goods through each of the plurality of openings into the plurality of reservoirs. The openings of the top component permit the baked goods to rise therethrough during baking and permit the efficient removal of the baked good following the baking process. Once baking is complete, the removal of the top component from the bottom component allows for the easy separation of the baked goods from the two piece baking pan.
Mold with easy-to-grip removable containers and stand for same
A mold for preparation of food includes a stand having a receiving structure, enhancers, and at least one through-opening having an edge, and at least one removable container of height h configured for introducing into the opening. The container includes a bottom wall and a side wall extending from the bottom wall, the side wall and the bottom wall forming a cavity for holding food. The side wall of each container has an upper gripping zone that is unable to pass through the opening. The mold also includes; an annular line of cooperation where the container cooperates with the edge of the opening to support the container on the edge, and a lower stability zone that is able to pass through the opening.
BAKING MACHINE
The present invention provides a baking machine, comprising: a machine body; an ingredient pack placement area arranged on the machine body, wherein the machine body is provided with an ingredient pack inlet for placing an ingredient pack into the ingredient pack placement area; a pack-breaking mechanism arranged on the machine body and configured to cut open the ingredient pack; an pack extruding mechanism arranged on the machine body and configured to extrude ingredients from the ingredient pack; and a cooking mechanism arranged on the machine body and configured to receive the ingredients extruded from the ingredient pack and to cook them. When using the baking machine of the present invention to make waffles, users simply need to place the ingredient pack into the ingredient pack placement area, and the baking machine will complete the automatic production process of pack-breaking, ingredient extrusion, and cooking, thereby significantly reducing cooking time.
Baking Mold Device and Method
A mold is provided for forming cookies and cakes into a cup-like shape. The mold has a base mold having an interior cavity which is positioned to surround dough on a support surface; An insert is positionable within the interior cavity to an inserted position. The insert in the inserted position forms a cup-like area of the interior cavity forming the dough to that shape for baking to provide a baked good, such as a cookie or cake with a cup-like shape.
