Flexible multiple piece mold assembly with interlocking seals for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes
A flexible multiple piece mold assembly with interlocking seals suitable for baking to produce a comestible baked product in complex shapes. The mold assembly includes three or more pieces, wherein each of the at least three pieces is configured to be joined by an interlocking seal to the other pieces such that when each of the at least three pieces are joined they form the mold assembly. The mold assembly defines an interior cavity for receiving a substance to be baked into a comestible product and this interior cavity defines a shape for the baked comestible. This mold assembly can be peeled away from the comestible one piece at a time. The mold assembly can have an aperture or one of the seams between the pieces of the mold assembly can be opened to receive the substance. The mold assembly may have one or more vent holes for heat release.
SOFT CAKE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for the production of a soft cake having at least a molded face and at least a non-molded face, the molded face having at least one molded three-dimensional pattern, the method comprising the steps of: a) pouring a cake batter suitable for forming a soft cake into a pan, wherein the cake batter has a viscosity of between 500 and 1 Pa.Math.s; b) baking said soft cake batter in said pan to form a soft cake; and c) removing the soft cake from the pan, wherein the pan has a molded inner surface for receiving the cake batter and which provides the three dimensional molding pattern of the soft cake, and wherein the molded inner surface of the pan has an arithmetical mean degree of roughness (Ra) of from 0.12 m to 0.22 m, wherein the molded three-dimensional pattern of the soft cake is complementary to the molded inner surface of the pan and has a molded groove which is in recess relative to said molded face and/or a molded ridge which protrudes relative to said molded face, said molded groove and/or molded ridge having a minimum width of less than 4 mm measured across the groove or ridge at the maximum depth or height respectively.
VARIABLE LENGTH COOKING DIVIDER
The variable length baking equipment divider is an invention geared towards maximizing existing baking equipment versatility. The invention is an apparatus used to divide existing cooking equipment into isolated areas to substantially reduce fluid or physical contact for preparing one or more types of food at once. Features of the apparatus are a housing component with a triangular structure; one or more arm components which attach to the housing component. The one or more arm components are configured to expand and retract from the housing component. The base of the housing component and a base of the one or more arm components are effectively in a same horizontal plane so cooking equipment may be effectively partitioned.
Tear-off baking container
A baking container having one or more rupture lines for case of removal and separation from a baked foodstuff is described herein. The baking container has a sidewall and a planar bottom face. One or more rupture lines may run down a height of the sidewall and across a portion or all of the planar bottom face. Rupture lines having even spacing may form a strip, and the strip may have a pull tab to easily tear through the sidewall. The strip may be reinforced with a string or ribbon. The rupture lines may be formed by perforating or weakening areas of the baking container.
System for upright casting mold for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using cast molding. Embodiments generally include a first part and a second part, the first part, in some embodiments, being made up of at least two or more component pieces, then, the first part is detachably coupled to the second part creating an outer surface and an inner surface which create a contiguous internal hollow space that extends from the first piece to the second piece in the form of a three dimensional shape, and a means for supporting the unitary mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking cup pan or a to a single, stand-alone cup pan. The interior of the mold can receive a baking cup liner.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UPRIGHT CASTING MOLD FOR PRODUCING A COMESTIBLE BAKED PRODUCT IN COMPLEX SHAPES
System for inverted casting mold for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using cast molding. Embodiments generally include a first part and a second part, the first part being made up of at least two or more component pieces, then, the first part is detachably coupled to the second part creating an outer surface and an inner surface which create a contiguous internal hollow space that extends from the first piece to the second piece in the form of a three dimensional shape, and a means for supporting the unitary mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking cup pan or a to a single, stand-alone cup pan. The interior of the mold can receive a baking cup liner.
Baking liner with aperture
A liner that can be used for baking. The liner includes an aperture such that the liner can be placed into a mold that also includes an aperture such that the aperture of the baking liner and the mold are at least partially aligned and, a substance to be baked can be injected into the mold through the aperture of the mold and the aperture of the liner. The liner may include one or more wings that at least partially cover the aperture and that can be folded through the aperture of the mold and against a surface of the mold to hold the liner in place. After baking, the one or more wings can be folded back over the aperture to at least partially cover the aperture.
Muffin Cooking System
A muffin cooking system includes a pan that has a plurality of indentions. The indentions are spaced apart from each other and are distributed on the pan. A rack is removably positioned on the pan. The rack has a plurality of baskets and each of the baskets may contain a muffin.
