INSULATION SECUREMENT SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Systems and methods for insulating vessels are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, the disclosure provides a vessel insulation system (e.g., for use with a reactor or pressure vessel), which includes a floating ring sized to circumscribe a top nozzle of a vessel; a plurality of straps connected to the floating ring, the plurality of straps extending downward from the floating ring and being positioned to run along a length of the outer shell of the vessel; and a plurality of segmented rings positioned to circumscribe the outer shell of the vessel and connected to the plurality of straps. The plurality of segmented rings is configured to support an insulation material circumscribing the outer shell of the vessel, which can provide effective securement of the insulation material around the outer shell without welding components on the vessel to secure the insulation material.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION
The invention relates to inorganic chemistry, peroxides and agriculture, plant cultivation, medicine, sanitation and hygiene. The method and device for producing an environmentally friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide from water with a concentration exceeding the natural one in a reactor filled with water, consist in the fact that an electrode made of an electrically conducting material is installed above the water surface. The electrode is connected to the high-voltage terminal of a Tesla resonant transformer, and an electrode is supplied electric energy from a Tesla transformer with a voltage of 1-1000 kV and a frequency of 1-1500 kHz. The streamers of an electric discharge between the electrode, the air and the water surface are created with the formation of hydrogen peroxide in the water. While the reactor of closed or open types contains connecting pipes for supplying water and draining the hydrogen peroxide solution, which is intended for sanitization without dilution, disinfection and disinsection, and after dilution to a natural concentration, stimulates the growth and the development of plants.
An environmentally friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide of natural concentration can be used to increase the yield of cereals, melons and vegetables, as well as gardens and vineyards. The use of the obtained environmentally friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide is possible in medical practice for internal use.
Device and apparatus for carrying out chemical dissociation reactions at elevated temperatures
A reactor is provided which comprises: a plurality of reaction units located within a reaction zone, each of the reaction units being adapted to enable carrying out a chemical reaction of one or more raw gases (e.g. at least one of CO2 and H20); ingress means to allow introduction of the one or more raw gases into the reaction zone and to allow distributing the incoming gas to the plurality of reaction units; egress means to allow exit of reaction products from the reaction zone; and a heating system. The reaction units extend essentially along a longitudinal axis of the reaction zone and are arranged in a spaced-apart relationship along a lateral axis of the reaction zone. The heating system comprises a plurality of heating sources extending along the reaction zone, thereby providing at least a part of the energy to carry out the reaction process within the reaction units.
Burner with only oxidation reaction space for reactor with only reduction reaction space
The present disclosure provides a burner for a reduction reactor, the reduction reactor has a reaction space formed therein, wherein each burner has a fuel feeding hole and multiple oxygen feeding holes formed therein, wherein each burner has an elongate combustion space formed at one end of a head portion thereof, the combustion space fluid-communicating with the reaction space of the reactor, wherein the elongate combustion space has a length such that oxygen supplied from the oxygen feeding holes thereto is completely consumed via oxidation or combustion with fuels supplied from the fuel feeding hole thereto only in the elongate combustion space upon igniting the burner.
Waterless Decarboxylation
A waterless decarboxylation device used to decarboxylate cannabis is described. For example, the device could include a product container to contain an amount of raw cannabis plant material, a heating container configured to surround and contact the product container, a heater in contact with the heating container, a foam layer surrounding the product container and heating container, at least one sensor configured to detect the temperature of the heating container, a lid that encloses the product container and fluidly seals it from the environment, and a controller configured to control power to the heater in response to signals sent from the at least one sensor indicating whether the heating container has reached a threshold temperature.

Hydrogen sulfide production process and related reactor vessels
The present invention discloses a hydrogen sulfide reactor vessel with an external heating system that is conductively and removably attached to an exterior portion of the reactor vessel. Also disclosed are processes for producing hydrogen sulfide utilizing the reactor vessel.
Production apparatus for hydrothermal synthesis of lithium iron phosphate
The present invention relates to a production apparatus for hydrothermal synthesis of lithium iron phosphate, which comprises first stirring devices, a preheating device, a second stirring device, and a drying device, wherein there are two first stirring devices, and the preheating device comprises a housing, a heating box, two feeding pumps, two first transfer assemblies, and several first heating tubes; the two first transfer assemblies each comprise an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, and several transfer branch tubes. In the present application, the arrangement of multiple transfer branch tubes increases the heated area of the slurry, enhances the thermal conduction efficiency, and improves the heating effect. The equidistant arrangement of the transfer branch tubes ensures uniform heating of the slurry within the multiple transfer branch tubes, guaranteeing the heating effect. The arrangement of the preheating device can reduce the heating time of the slurry, thereby enhancing the heating effect.
