Pancake Cooking Device
A pancake cooking device with two opposable, generally circular, internally heated cooking plates having substantially smooth cooking surfaces that are cooperatively configured to be selectively placed in facing and spaced-apart relation to contact and cook flowable pancake batter disposed between the plates to form a generally circular pancake that, when removed from the device and oriented in a preferred serving position, has a substantially uniform thickness between substantially planar, top and bottom pancake surfaces, and a continuous, circumferentially extending, outwardly inclined and upwardly facing lip of substantially uniform height disposed around the perimeter of the top surface of the pancake. The pancake cooking device is desirably configured to cook each pancake in an inverted position with the circumferentially extending, outwardly inclined lip projecting downwardly and away from the top and bottom pancake surfaces when the cooked pancake is oriented in a preferred serving position.
AUTOMATED PREPARATION OF BREADS
Apparatuses and methods for preparation of breads are described. The apparatuses include a press unit that can receive a dough ball and flatten the dough ball. The press unit includes a top plate and a bottom plate, each of which is in an inclined arrangement. The top plate swivels towards and away from the bottom plate. A dough ball is flattened between the top plate and the bottom plate. The bottom plate is heated, thereby heating a first face of the flattened dough in contact with the bottom plate. A flipper connected to at least one of the top plate and the bottom plate guides the flattened dough to a heated cooking surface. The guiding enables a second face of the flattened dough to come in contact with the cooking surface, thereby heating the flattened dough and forming the bread.
Machines and methods for making flatbreads
Various examples are related to making flatbreads such as, e.g., a compact machine for making flatbread in a residential kitchen-type environment or other countertop, tabletop, or space limited applications. In one example, a machine includes a hopper including a mixing chamber configured for bulk addition of raw materials for preparation of flatbread pieces; a mixing assembly configured to blend the raw materials into a flatbread dough mixture; a dough piecing assembly configured to generate a dough piece from an extruded portion of the flatbread dough mixture; a lower platen configured to transfer the pressed flatbread dough piece to a cooking zone on the dough contacting surface for cooking; and a flatbread ejection station configured to remove a cooked flatbread piece from the machine. A second cooking zone can be included to further cook the pressed flatbread dough piece prior to ejection from the machine.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COOKING AND FLIPPING
A pancake flipper with a body including a top side and a bottom side opposite the top side; and defining at least one aperture extending from at least the top side through the bottom side, the at least one aperture sized and shaped to receive a batter therein and having: a first diameter defined by a cylindrical sidewall; and a second diameter defined by a lip mechanically coupled to the cylindrical sidewall, the second diameter being less than the first diameter. The pancake flipper further includes at least two handle portions coupled to and separated by the body, each of the at least two handle portions being of a flexible material.

Compact Machine for Manufacturing Injera
A machine for manufacturing of flatbread, mainly Ethiopian Injera, sometimes known as Enjera. The machine comprises of batter dispensing unit, baking pans, lid carrier unit, pan rotating unit, protection covers, heat supply unit, top support unit, and bottom support unit. The batter dispenser has nozzles with flow control mechanism. The baking pan is rectangular shaped with concave shape lid to cover pan the baking surface. The machine has two configurations: rotary pans configuration and stationary pans configuration. In rotary pans configuration, the pans rotates and in stationary pans configuration, the pans are stationary and the batter dispensing unit moves to each pan to dispense batter.
Installation for liquid dough goods preparation for baking
An apparatus for liquid dough goods preparation is provided. The device has a base formed of a vertical post and a horizontal beam attached to a top side of the post. A plurality of nipples are arranged along the post for dough dispensing. The nipples are directed at a baking surface for dispensing dough thereon. A dough leveling device is mounted on the horizontal beam. The leveling device has a blower with an outlet directed through the dough leveling device. In operation, as the dough is dispensed, air from the leveling device aids in a spreading and leveling of the dough on the baking surface.

Automatic Crepe Making Device
An automatic crepe making device is provided. The automatic crepe making device includes a base with a motor-operated turntable and a heating element, a rotatable cooking surface that can rest on the turntable, and a lifting assembly extending from the base. The lifting assembly is movable between a resting position and a lifting position to engage with the edge of the cooking surface, raising and tilting it during rotation. This motion causes crepe batter to spread evenly across the surface, creating a thin, consistent layer without manual intervention. A control mechanism adjusts the turntable's rotation speed and the heating element's temperature, allowing customization for different batter types and textures. Indicator lights signal the readiness of the cooking surface, and an automatic shutoff enhances safety.
