Dough Kneading Machine
The invention discloses a dough kneading machine, including a main body on which a dough kneading component is mounted; the dough kneading component comprises a dough kneading bowl with a cover, in which a dough kneading drive shaft is set passing through a mounting hole on the bottom of the bowl and connecting to the main body at the lower end; a bidirectional dough kneading hook with a center shaft is mounted on the upper end of the dough kneading drive shaft; a first dough kneading hook and a second dough kneading hook with asymmetric structure are oppositely set on the center shaft and a center scraper is connected to the bottom of the center shaft. The dough kneading machine effectively ensures the stationarity during rotation operation of food processing, and the efficiency is two times as fast as that of unidirectional dough kneading hook.
AGITATOR AND DUAL AGITATOR ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH INDUSTRIAL MIXERS
An agitator assembly for use with industrial mixers that includes at least two rotating agitators, wherein each rotating agitator includes an agitator shaft, wherein the agitator shaft defines an axis of rotation extending from a first end of the agitator shaft to a second end of the agitator shaft; and first, second, and third sweep blades mounted on the agitator shaft, wherein the pitch angle of each sweep blade relative to the axis of rotation of the agitator shaft is between 30-60; and wherein the rotating agitators rotate in opposite directions relative to one another when the assembly is in use.
MIXING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a mixing system for making a dough ball. The mixing system comprises a cup for receiving a plurality of ingredients to be mixed, the cup comprising a base and side wall. The mixing system also comprises a blade for mixing the ingredients in the cup to develop the dough ball, the blade and cup together defining a mixing volume, and a drive system for moving at least one of the blade and the cup to change a size of the mixing volume.
System and method for batter mixing and application
A batter mixing system has a mix tank. The mix tank includes a dry mix feed, a liquid feed, a mixer, and a mix tank load cell. A distribution tank is in communication with the mix tank via a transfer pump. The distribution tank includes a distribution tank load cell. The distribution tank is in further communication with a process line via a feed pump. A control system is in communication with each of the mix tank load cell and the distribution tank load cell. The control system is configured to operate each of the mix tank and the distribution tank.

Dough Roller Assembly and Method of Cleaning Same
A dough roller assembly including a housing, a first roller, a second roller, and a roller key. The housing has a drive port adapted and configured to receive a drive shaft of a stand mixer. The first roller is within the housing and operably connected to the drive port such that, when the drive port receives the drive shaft of the stand mixer, rotation of the drive shaft of the stand mixer rotates the first roller in a first direction about a first axis of rotation. The second roller is within the housing and operably connected to the first roller such that rotation of the first roller rotates the second roller in a second direction about a second axis of rotation. The roller key is adapted and configured to be received by the drive port and to permit manual rotation of the first and second rollers by a user.
