BAKING ATTACHMENT FOR A KITCHEN APPLIANCE
A baking attachment for a kitchen appliance has an outer container with inner walls enclosing a receiving compartment and an insertion opening on an upper side. A preparation container is arranged in the receiving compartment. A heating device is provided in an intermediate space between a base and side walls of the preparation container and inner walls of outer container. A mixing and kneading mechanism and a cover for the insertion opening are provided. The outer container detachably inserts into a receiving section of the kitchen appliance base. A free end of a rotary shaft of the mixing and kneading mechanism arranged in a connection section has a first coupling section for rotationally fixed connection to a second coupling section on a drive shaft of the kitchen appliance base. Electrical contact elements of the heating device in the connection section detachable connect to electrical contacts of a kitchen appliance base.
FLOUR DUST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
A dust containment system is provided for containing, collecting and extracting airborne contaminants produced during the operation of a machine, such as a bread dough mixer. The containment system includes a hood to fit over the upper portion of a bread mixer to envelop the space above the mixing bowl in order to contain flour dust produced during dough mixing. A vacuum system may be attached to an exhaust port in the hood to create a negative pressure differential on the interior of the containment system and to extract airborne flour dust. A control access panel through the hood is provided to allow a user to operate the control switch of the bread mixer without removing the containment system from the machine.
Auxiliary material accommodating container and automatic bread making machine
To allow simplification of the operating mechanism for automatic charging of auxiliary material, thus enabling compactization/simplification of the automatic bread making machine as well as increased readiness of its cleaning. An auxiliary material accommodating container detachably attachable to an automatic bread making machine. The container includes a base body 31, a first accommodating section 31a, a second accommodating section 31b, a first opening/closing member (a lid member 32 and a frame member 33) and a second opening/closing member (a yeast lid member 34). The first accommodating section 31a and the second accommodating section 31b accommodate auxiliary materials to be charged to bread. The first opening/closing member is pivotable relative to the base body 31 about a pivot axis G to open/close the first accommodating section 31a. The second opening/closing member is pivotable relative to the base body 31 about the pivot axis G to open/close the second accommodating section 31b.
Seal arrangement for horizontal mixer bowl
A horizontal mixer includes a mixer bowl seal arrangement with a removable seal member.
Dough mixer
A dough mixer includes a main unit with a motor arranged therein and a dough mixing assembly mounted thereon. The dough mixing assembly includes a dough mixing bowl, a top cover, a transmission shaft connected to the motor and is arranged in the dough mixing bowl, a dough mixing unit connected to the transmission shaft and including an upper end, and a scraper unit detachably connected to the upper end of the dough mixing unit. The scraper unit includes a first bowl wall scraper including a first blade fitted to an inner wall of the dough mixing bowl, a second bowl wall scraper including a second blade fitted to the inner wall of the dough mixing bowl, wherein the second bowl wall scraper is arranged opposite to the first bowl wall scraper, and a central scraper including a third blade matched with an outer wall of the transmission shaft.
Kneading machine for dough with pinch protection
A kneading machine includes a kneading machine frame with a lower portion and a head movable relative to the lower portion between a lower operating position and an upper cleaning position. A kneading bowl is on the lower portion and a drivable kneading tool and a lid closing an opening of the kneading bowl in the operating position are the head. The lid is surrounded on a circumferential side by a first safety ring of a safety device which projects beyond the lid on an underside thereof, and which is movably fastened to the lid. The safety device includes a detector to detect a relative movement between the lid and the first safety ring. The kneading machine frame includes at least two trunnion bearings, each defined by a trunnion and a matching receptacle.
Door mechanism of a stock bin of bread maker
A door mechanism for disposing on a bin body, which has an inner periphery defining an opening, includes a door panel unit configured to be pivoted to the inner periphery of the bin body to openably close the opening, a hinge unit configured to pivotally connect the door panel unit to the inner periphery of the bin body, a rotary wheel unit for controlling rotation of the hinge unit, a drive unit pivoted between the rotary wheel unit and the hinge unit, and a motor unit for driving rotation of the rotary wheel unit. When the rotary wheel unit is driven by the motor unit to rotate, the rotary wheel unit drives rotation of the drive unit which in turn drives the hinge unit to rotate said door panel unit to an open or a closed position.
