Kneading device for post-working of a product
A kneading device 1 comprising an inner cone 2 and an outer cone 3, wherein the inner cone 2 and the outer cone 3 defines a space 4 in between the inner cone and the outer cone; from a horizontal plane the inner cone 2 inclines and forms an angle ic; from the same horizontal plane the outer cone 3 inclines and forms an angle oc; where the inner cone 2 has an opening in a bottom of the inner cone 2; where both the inner cone 2 and the outer cone 3 continue vertically in an inner extension 5 and an outer extension 6, respectively, wherein a space in between the inner extension 5 and the outer extension 6 is a gap E; where scraping wings 7 extend from a center portion 8 of the kneading device 1 and through the inner cone 2 and the outer cone 3 and towards, but not fixated to, an inner wall 9 of the outer cone 3; and where the outer cone 3 inclines more than the inner cone 2, when viewed from the horizontal plane, so that angle oc>angle ic.
Chamber Drum for a Dough Kneading Device
A chamber drum for a dough kneading device comprises a hollow drum body, a plurality of radially penetrating breakthroughs in the outer peripheral wall thereof to form a chamber for in each case one dough piece to be treated, and a surface structuring of the side walls of the breakthroughs.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having a mixing container with an inner surface and an open top, a drive arrangement and a hook. The hook has a sole attachment portion which, when attached to the drive arrangement, abuts a first inner surface portion of the mixing container inner surface. The sole attachment portion is attachable to the drive arrangement via a through hole in the first inner surface portion such that the hook is rotatable around a substantially horizontal axis of rotation within the mixing container when the hook is attached to the drive arrangement.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having an open top mixing container, a hook and a drive arrangement. The mixing container has a side wall portion with a through hole for the drive arrangement and the hook is arranged to be rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container via the drive arrangement. A seal is arranged between the drive arrangement and the side wall portion of the mixing container, and the drive arrangement includes a quick-release mechanism to which the hook is attachable.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE MIXING ARRANGEMENT
A household mixer appliance having a mixing container and a hook with a curved elongated portion. The hook is attachable to a drive arrangement via a through hole in a first inner surface portion of the mixing container such that the hook is rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container. The curved elongated portion extends in a first direction, being downwards from the axis of rotation, substantially in parallel with the first inner surface portion of the mixing container, and at least a part of the curved elongated portion extends in a second direction, forming an angle with a first plane defined by the first direction and the axis of rotation.
AUTOMATIC TABLE-TOP MACHINE FOR KNEADING AND EXTRUDING PASTA
A machine for kneading and extruding pasta, having a machine body, which includes electric gear motor having an output shaft with horizontal axis, a transmission from the output shaft to a driven shaft with a horizontal axis and parallel to the axis of the output shaft and coaxial to a shaft of a kneading reel, projecting externally to the machine body in a dough forming tank, having below and parallel to the shaft of the kneading reel an extrusion channel, in which a worm screw feeds an extrusion mass for forming pasta. The tank is a hopper, having two lateral walls, opposite and converging at the bottom into the extrusion channel, and two opposite vertical walls, front and rear. The rear wall of the tank is juxtaposed against a vertical wall of the machine body as a stiffening frame, having an upper horizontal cross-member, which forms a top edge of the tank, and a pair of V-shaped branches that form respective edges of the opposite lateral walls and of the channel of the tank. The stiffening frame is extends beyond the tank and provides an outer flange fixed relative to the tank. The tank is fixed with respect to the machine body by a detachable connection and is cantilevered relative to the vertical wall of the load-bearing frame. The detachable connection connects the outer flange with respect to the vertical wall of the load-bearing frame.
