An autonomous, artificial bait aims to simulate the movements of natural baits. The autonomous bait may be designed to appear as a natural bait such as a crawfish, shrimp, worm, or minnow. The autonomous bait includes a cavity in which a gas producing engine may be received. The gas producing engine includes a gas producing agent that produces gas when it interacts with water. That way, when water enters the gas producing engine, gas may be produced that interacts with the autonomous bait to cause movement of the bait that simulates the movements of a natural bait it aims to imitate.

An illuminating marine fish attractor includes a bait reservoir, an insulated container, a floating deck, at least one illuminating device, a power source, a power switch, and a floating line. The bait reservoir is attached to the floating deck and attract fishes towards the floating deck. The illuminating device is connected onto the floating deck so that the bait reservoir can be illuminated. To illuminate the bait reservoir, the illuminating device is electrically connected to the power source through the power switch and oriented toward the bait reservoir. The floating deck and the insulated container are tethered to each other by the floating line so that the floating deck can be utilized within a body of water while the insulated cooler functions as a base for the floating line.

A kit containing one or more scent dispensers includes a fill tube that can be used to insert the user's favorite scent into the scent dispenser quickly and easily. The scent dispenser includes a main container with a refillable reservoir and a thin dispenser tube. An attachment tube is bound to the main container by a wrapper. The scent dispenser system includes an attachment line with a clip on each end to attach the system to the main fishing line, and a bumper bead to control the position of the scent dispenser on the attachment line.

In some embodiments, a castable object includes: a structure including a first distal end and a second distal end; a fastener coupled to the first distal end, where the fastener is configured to couple to a fishing system; and a first fastening surface attached to at least the second distal end, where the castable object is configured to be cast by the fishing system onto a target, and where the first fastening surface is configured to removably attach to a second fastening surface of the target.
