LURE FOR FISHING
A lure for fishing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body that includes a cavity inside the body, the cavity being visible from outside, a plurality of reflecting surfaces or reflectors that can specularly reflect light from the outside is provided on at least any of an outer face of the body, an inner face of the body, and an inside of the cavity, and the light from the outside is specularly reflected plural times.
Method of harvesting crustaceans
A crustacean trap adapted to permit blocking entry to a crustacean of a protected species, including a cage, enclosing a volume and a crustacean entrance that can be closed to prevent entry, responsive to a first signal and opened to permit crustacean entry, responsive to a second signal received at the trap. Also, an image forming assembly includes a digital camera and a flash mechanism, the assembly being directed at an area immediately outside of the entrance and being tuned to return a maximum signal from crustaceans of the protected crustacean species so that a protected species crustacean appears as brightly lit in images formed, and being communicatively connected to a remote station that is equipped to receive-images from the assembly. Finally, there is a connector for connecting the cage to a signal source for receiving the first and second signals and for sending the images formed.

Articulated exoskeleton bait holder/protector and hook device
An articulated exoskeleton bait holder/protector and hook device for holding live or dead shrimp has a body formed of pivotally connected generally inverted U-shaped transverse body segments formed of stiff transparent plastic material defining interior cavities configured to receive the shrimps' head, abdominal segments, and telson. An arcuate eye opening extends over the front portion of the head segment. Retaining members extending through laterally opposed sides of the body segments releasably retain the shrimp in the interior thereof. A downwardly curved lip attached to the head segment causes the body to dive and oscillate from side to side as it is drawn through water. The body segments pivot to conform to natural movements of a live shrimp's abdominal segments as it moves forward or backward, and the open bottom portions of the body segments allow the scent of the shrimp to escape.
Vibrating fishing lure
A vibrating fishing lure including a vibrating mechanism adapted to be removably inserted within the body of the fishing lure. The vibrating mechanism is adapted to vibrate at chosen frequencies, patterns, and intensities depending on the water conditions present when in use and the type of fish desired to be caught. The vibrating mechanism can be controlled manually or by a remote control device which may incorporate computer applications thereon. The vibrating fishing lure and the remote control device may be used in conjunction with a fishing rod.

Apparatus and method for quickly changing the surface features of a fishing flasher
Described herein is a fishing flasher. The fishing flasher may comprise a main body portion which may comprise a passage. A fin may extend from a surface of the main body portion proximate to the trailing end of the main body portion. The fishing flasher may also comprise a removable panel which is sized and shaped to fit within the passage and may be held within the passage by at least one fastener. It is also described herein a fishing flasher kit comprising a main body portion comprising a passage, a fin, and a plurality of removable panels. Each removable panel may have a different surface feature on one or both of the first surface and/or the second surface.
ELECTROMAGNETIC FISHING BAIT DRIVE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AN ELECTROMAGNETIC FISHING BAIT DRIVE
An electromagnetic fishing bait drive and a method for controlling an electromagnetic fishing bait drive are disclosed. The electromagnetic fishing bait drive comprises a waterproof sealable bait body (102) having a longitudinal axis of the bait body (Y) and an electromagnetic pendulum drive, wherein a first pole axis (P1) of an electromagnet (300) is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bait body (Y) and a second pole axis (P2) of the permanent magnet (313) is disposed at a defined angle to the first pole axis (P1).
Fishing Lure
The fishing lure includes a head with a bell-shaped tip that collects water as the lure moves. The water is directed through channels, creating cavitation bubbles at the channel outlets. The body houses the electronics and weights. The body includes holes in the form of mock gills that allow water to enter. The water activates the electronics, causing the light to begin pulsing. The electronics include batteries and a light source—preferably an LED—with associated circuit board, within a waterproof shell or cover. In the preferred embodiment, a switch protrudes from the waterproof shell, the switch activated by water. The body also includes internal weights, the internal weights moving within channels within the body. The internal weights knock against each other within the channels, creating a clacking sound.
