In one aspect, a lighted tip for attachment to a flexible rod comprises a tip body having proximal and distal ends, a mechanical connector at the proximal end, a lens connected to the distal end, a light source that emits light through the lens, and a holder coupled to the light source and the lens. A circuit is completed or interrupted as the holder moves in relation to the tip body, thereby switching the light source on or off. In another aspect, a lighted tip for attachment to a flexible rod comprises a lens forming a distal end of the lighted tip. The lens is cylindrical over at least some of its length, and the tip further includes a light source at least partially within the cylindrical lens portion and a mechanical connector at a proximal end if the lighted tip, for connecting the tip to the flexible rod.

A fishing lure comprising a solid, banana-shaped lure body of buoyant urethane with a bait chamber in a recess of the lure body, the bait chamber covered by a hatch coupled to the lure body with a hinge. Scent producing material may be placed in the bait chamber. A blowhole tunnel passes through the lure body from the lure body head to the bait chamber. Motion of the lure forces water through the blowhole into the bait chamber and carries scent from scent producing material through holes in the hatch. A first groove in the lure body tail is configured such that an O-ring in the first groove holds the hatch against the lure body. A second groove in the lure body tail is configured such that when the O-ring is in the second groove, the hatch is free to open and close.

A lure basically includes a body containing a cavity, a swinging part and a rod. The body is configured to move in a forward direction by reeling a fishing line. The swinging part is movably mounted in the body so as to be movable in the cavity after the body changes from a moving state to a stopped state. The rod extends inside the cavity in a left-right direction of the body with respect to the forward direction. The rod has a pair of opposite ends. Each end of the rod is fixed to the body. The rod penetrates the swinging part to restrict the movement of the swinging part in the body.

A lure basically includes a body containing a cavity, a swinging part and a rod. The body is configured to move in a forward direction by reeling a fishing line. The swinging part is movably mounted in the body so as to be movable in the cavity after the body changes from a moving state to a stopped state.
