The in-line dumpling molding system according to the present invention comprises: a dumpling wrapper cutting device, which cuts a supplied dough sheet to form dumpling wrappers; a dumpling-molding lower folding device, which is disposed below the dumpling wrapper cutting device, on which the cut dumpling wrappers are loaded, and which presses and folds the dumpling wrappers onto which dumpling fillings have been supplied; and a sealing device, which is disposed above the dumpling-molding lower folding device, and presses and seals the folded dumpling wrappers.

A food material processing mechanism, a food material processing method and a food manufacturing method which enable highly accurate bending of a sheet-shaped flexible food material such as a skin are provided. A food material processing mechanism includes a conveyance unit and a processing unit. A conveyance unit conveys a sheet-shaped flexible food material in a conveyance direction. A processing unit forms a bending reference portion being a reference portion for bending, in the flexible food material being conveyed by the conveyance unit. The processing unit includes a reference formation unit and a pressing unit. The reference formation unit locally applies a force to the flexible food material to form the bending reference portion. The pressing unit presses the flexible food material against the conveyance unit at least temporarily while the reference formation unit forms the bending reference portion in the flexible food material.

Disclosed is a lower folding device for forming dumplings. The lower folding device for forming dumplings according to the present invention comprises: a dumpling skin pressing unit which includes a plurality of dumpling skin folding units that are simultaneously operated, and which drives the plurality of dumpling skin folding units at a preset position; a cam rail unit for folding which is arranged adjacent to the dumpling skin pressing unit and is connected to the dumpling skin pressing unit to move the dumpling skin folding units; and a movement unit for folding which is connected to the dumpling skin pressing unit and moves the dumpling skin pressing unit relative to the cam rail unit for folding.
Apparatus and method for rolling sausage rolls
A sausage rolling machine utilizes gravity to reduce costs when rolling a food dough casing around a sausage. A first conveyor rotates in a first direction so as to move a food dough casing toward an edge of the first conveyor. A second conveyor is disposed below the first conveyor. A sausage dispenser dispenses a sausage. A hinged unit is disposed below the sausage dispenser and includes a hinge and a tray portion extending from the hinge. The hinged unit receives the food dough casing that is falling off the edge of the first conveyor when the hinged unit is at rest, initiates wrapping of the food dough casing around the sausage, and rotates the tray portion about the hinge, causing the sausage to roll onto the second conveyor while also causing the sausage to be partially wrapped by the food dough casing.

The present invention provides a dumpling automation machine for preparing dumpling-like food product, comprising a pressing and cutting device for dough pad, a filling injection device and a forming assembly, wherein the forming assembly comprises: a mold assembly for supporting a dough pad injected with a filling and maintaining the dough pad in an upright position; a pre-forming assembly for pre-pressing the upright dough pad to form a pre-pressed crest; and a forming assembly for pressing the pre-pressed crest to from a crest; wherein the mold assembly is configured to successively support the dough pad in different positions along a conveyor, and wherein in a pre-forming position, pre-bending portions on the two ends of the crest are formed by the pre-forming assembly, and in a forming position, the pre-bending portions are bent to form bending portion by a bending assembly. The present invention does not need the participation of people in the forming of the dumpling-like food product, thus it can replace the traditional manufacturing mode of manual dumpling process and thus the productivity effect can be significantly increased. Moreover, the formed dumpling-like food product has a compact crest, a full pocket, a unique shape and is easy to be put into the box.
Triangular food product folding apparatus
Exemplary embodiments are directed to a food product folding apparatus for forming a triangular food product, generally including a folding section, and first, second, third and fourth actuator mechanisms. The folding section includes, first, second, third and fourth folding platforms. The first, second, third and fourth actuator mechanisms are configured to actuate rotation of respective first, second, third and fourth folding platforms into first, second, third and fourth fold positions to create first, second, third and fourth folds in the food product.
Apparatus For Forming A Rolled Food Product
Exemplary embodiments are directed to an apparatus for forming a rolled food product, generally including a transport section and a rolling section. The transport section is configured to receive a food product in an unrolled configuration. The rolling mechanism includes rolling elements positionable between an active position in which the rolling elements are disposed over at least a portion of the transport section, and a retracted position in which the rolling elements are actuated away from the transport section. The transport section is configured to feed the food product in the unrolled configuration to the rolling mechanism. The rolling mechanism is configured to roll the food product into a partially rolled food product. Rolling of the partially rolled food product into a fully rolled food product is completed by the transport section.
Folding apparatus and partial press for submarine sandwiches
An improved assembly for automatically folding and pressing submarine sandwiches in line production. Once a preparer has assembled the sub with the customer's selection of meats and vegetables, it is placed on the assembly to quickly and efficiently prepare the sub for cutting, wrapping and delivery without uncoordinated or awkward handling by the employee and the loss of ingredients.
