DEVICE FOR FOLDING AT LEAST ONE DOUGH PIECE, FOLDING SHOE FOR USE IN SUCH DEVICE AND DOUGH LINE
Device for folding at least one dough piece, comprising at least one folding shoe, for folding a dough piece conveyed along the folding shoe about a folding line in the direction of conveyance, a support, for carrying the at least one folding shoe above a conveyor for the dough piece wherein the folding shoe is mountable to and demountable from the support by a sliding connection. The specification further relates to a folding shoe, and to a dough line.
DUMPLING WRAPPING DEVICE
The dumpling wrapping device contains a filling provision member, two wrapping members, and two shaping members. The filling provision member distributes dumpling fillings to feed two production lines of dumplings, each involving a wrapping member and a shaping member. Two pairs of rotors in the filling provision member drives dumpling fillings towards the wrapping members through two tubes. The wrapping members wrap the dumpling fillings from the tubes with dough. The dough wrapped fillings are pressed by the shaping members into dumplings of desired shape and size. Positioning members are configured under the shaping members so that the shaping members can be conveniently replaced and cleaned.
Filled dough producing method
Filled dough producing method is disclosed for making a food product, such as baozi, a traditional Chinese food, by folding and constricting close a circular dough wrapper around a filling in an apparatus including a pocket assembly made of pliable fabric layer with an upper surface and lower surface, a flexible frustro-conical member connected to the lower surface of the pliable fabric layer, and draw strings for making a pouch, wherein the frustro-conical member is configured to be alternately inverted from a first rigid position to a second rigid position.
Braided soft pretzel apparatus and method
The present invention discloses an apparatus and method for making soft pretzel sticks and bites. The method involves conveying dough sheets, forming form V-shaped slot patterns, and trimming the dough sheet into parallel dough strips. The dough strips are cut along the midportion of each V-shaped slot pattern, producing dough strips with a central portion, and two series of dough segments extending from opposite sides of the central portion. The dough segments of each dough strips are folded into a braid pattern and cut into dough sticks or bites. The dough sticks and bites are washed in a caustic solution, allowing excess solution to drain through the braid pattern, then baked in an oven. The braid pattern allows the pretzel sticks and bites to expand and aerate during baking without being constrained by the pretzel skin, resulting in a soft, airy interior and a traditional exterior.
DUMPLING MAKER AND METHOD OF USE
A wonton maker has a fill chamber, a fill injector unit having a valve for controlling the flow of the fill and a fill injector nozzle in communication with the valve for injecting fill within a wonton wrapper, and a wonton folder unit having a loading plate for loading wonton wrappers, a split plate each side of which forming a clamp with a wing clamp mounted above it, and a moistener for moistening the folded edge of the wonton wrapper, wherein the fill injector unit receives fill from the fill chamber, the nozzle pushes the wonton wrapper through the loading plate to fold the wrapper over the nozzle, the nozzle injects fill into the wonton wrapper, and wherein the wonton wrapper is folded by the two clamped sides of the wonton moving together once the folded edge of the wonton wrapper is moistened.
APPARATUS FOR FILLING FOOD ITEM AND METHOD OF USE
An apparatus for filling a food item and method of use of the apparatus. The apparatus includes a filling receptacle enclosed by two pairs of opposed walls and having an open first end and an open second end, two pairs of opposed flaps disposed proximate the second end of the filling receptacle, each flap extending outwardly from each corresponding wall and oriented orthogonally thereto. When the apparatus is placed on a horizontal surface, the walls are disposed in a vertical orientation and the flaps extend horizontally outward from the filling receptacle, and the first end of the filling receptacle is above the second end. The apparatus is positioned over a flat, foldable food item to be filled, and ingredients are placed into the filling receptacle. The apparatus is then removed and the food item is folded to enclose the ingredients.
Winding machine for dough and method
The invention relates to a winding machine for dough, in particular for winding dough strips, and to a method for winding dough using such a machine, wherein the winding machine comprises: a main body; a control unit; a roller which is rotatably mounted on the main body about a rotational axis, wherein dough strips can be wound onto the roller when the winding machine is in use; a motor for rotationally driving the roller; and a pressing device for pressing dough, which is rolled up on the roller, against the roller.
Device, system and method for forming a folded food product
A movable forming device (10) to fold a dough piece (P) by moving one end (PS) of the dough piece (P) onto the other end (PT) of the dough piece includes at least one suction tool (23) which holds the one end of the dough piece by suctioning and lifting the one end from its upside, and a supporting tool (33) including a support part (33a) which is movable below the suction tool. The one end of the dough piece is grasped between the suction tool and the supporting part by bringing the suction tool and the supporting part closer to each other.
Spring roll making apparatus
The present invention relates to a spring roll making apparatus comprising: a supply unit for supplying rice paper; a moving unit for moving the rice paper supplied by the supply unit; a softening unit for inducing softening of the rice paper moved by the moving unit; an application unit for applying a filling onto the rice paper softened by the softening unit; a folding unit for folding the rice paper on which the filling placed; and a rolling unit for rolling up the rice paper folded by the folding unit, whereby spring rolls can be mass-produced.
Automatic rotary empanada machine
The invention relates to an automatic rotary machine for the automate production of empanadas, comprising up to six mold holding stations within a rotating circular deck plate on which the empanadas are filled from an automated filling dispenser and folded through electric and pneumatic motors and actuators. The invention includes a mold for folding and cutting the empanada dough.
