The tools (103) are arranged in conduits (105) which are formed by side walls (104) and are arranged in a conduit (105) in which at least one inclined deflection element (102) is arranged in front of the tool, and wherein additional further deflection elements (202) are arranged opposite the conduits (105) on the frame (201).
Apparatus for comminuting pourable feedstock and method for opening such an apparatus
A device for comminuting pourable feedstock as well as a method for opening a device of this type. The device includes a housing, which encloses a comminution chamber, in which a rotor rotating around a rotation axis is arranged, the rotor being equipped with rotor tools over its circumference. A sieve holder, whose sieve extends along a circumferential section of the rotor, is used to separate the sufficiently comminuted material. The feedstock supplied to the rotor via a material infeed is removed from the device via a material discharge after being sufficiently comminuted. To improve accessibility to the interior of the device, it is proposed that, to open the housing, the sieve holder is pivotable around a first pivot axis from a closed first position into an open second position and additionally around a second pivot axis into a third position.
Shredding device
The present invention has an object to provide a shredding device which can efficiently shred the bagged garbage discharged from homes or business offices. The shredding device in accordance with the present invention includes a housing, a rotary shaft rotatably attached to an inside of the housing, a plurality of rotary blades attached around the rotary shaft to be spaced apart from one another in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a fixed blade attached to a bottom plate of the housing so that an article to be processed is shredded between the fixed blade and the rotary blades, wherein a lifting device which changes a distance between a tip of the rotary blade and a tip of the fixed blade by raising and lowering the rotary shaft is provided.
Meat shredder
An apparatus for shredding meat with a hopper and a frame. The hopper has upper and lower rotor assemblies mounted to rotate horizontally within a shredding region. Each rotor assembly is composed of an arbor and fingers arranged in paraxial rows around the arbor. Four rows of pegs extend horizontally into the shredding region. A front row and a back row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively, the upper rotor assembly. A back row and a front row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively the lower rotor assembly. The hopper is suspended in the frame, which houses the drive mechanism that rotates the rotor assemblies in opposite directions. The upper rotor assembly pushes product dropped into the shredding region into the upper back row to shred the product. The lower rotor assembly pushes the shredded product into the lower front row to further shred the product.
Grinder Mill Air Filter
A rotary grinding mill for that improves the rotary grinding mill process. A milling assembly that comprise an offset ripper blades to limit the noise applied to the unit, cutting edges on the milling assembly blades, and an trailing blade edge that is angled creating a milling fan blade. The milling fan blade creates an air flow through the mill assembly. A collection container that utilized a plurality of cyclonic air flow patterns and filters to remove particles from the air.
PROCESSING BLADE
A compound blade assembly for recycling machines that process random sized waste metals into uniform reusable material. A rotating processing blade and a fixed registerable bed blade each have interchangeable blade teeth sets of multiple blade edge surfaces for interengaging target waste material at multiple shear points by registerable intermeshing in a linear progressive repetitive process.
PLASTIC GRANULATOR STATIONARY CUTTING SEGMENT
A plastic granulator apparatus stationary cutting segment includes a segment rail having multiple arcuate spaced teeth. Each tooth of the plurality of arcuate spaced teeth has a tooth surface and is spaced to be complementary to a rotary cutter segments as a rotary cutter is rotated. The segment rail is adapted to be mounted to a granulator housing. The rail segment has a shoulder with a shoulder surface, the shoulder is adjacent to each of a set of arcuate spaced teeth. The shoulder has a shoulder surface height of between 0 and 10 mm, and a stepback distance of between 0 and 2 mm between the shoulder surface and the arcuate tooth surface. The shoulder and the arcuate tooth surface define an angle therebetween of 90 and 135, and the shoulder surface defines an angle between 90 and 135.
CUTTER ASSEMBLY FOR GRINDING AND CRUSING MACHINES WITH REPLACEABLE CUTTING EDGES
A cutter assembly is presented for mounting to one or more hammers of a rotor assembly of a grinding machine. The cutter assembly includes a base, a tip mount, at least one cutting edge and a wedge releasably secured to the tip mount, and a fastener securing the base and the tip mount to the hammer. The base includes a truncated pyramid key and the tip mount includes a corresponding truncated pyramid keyway. A wedge edge angle is defined between a wedge top face and side face. A cutting edge angle is defined between a cutting edge knife face and top face. The cutting edge angle can be larger than the wedge edge angle. The cutting edge angle can be in the range of about 30 to about 40 and a wedge edge angle can be in the range of about 40 to about 45.
A PULVERIZING APPARATUS WITH HIGH PROCESSING CAPABILITY AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING FINE PAPER POWDER
Provided is a pulverizing apparatus (100) including a pulverization chamber (110) provided with a plurality of stationary blades (111) on an inner peripheral surface, a rotary shaft (120) rotatably supported by the pulverization chamber (110), a plurality of rotary plates (130) fixed to the rotary shaft (120) and separated with intervals in the horizontal direction, and having a plurality of a rotary blades (131) on an outer peripheral surface, tip ends of the rotary blades (131) having space of 0.3 to 0.5 mm between tip ends of the stationary blades (111), a paper powder feed port (140) to which paper powder is fed, a rotation driving unit (150) which rotates the rotary shaft (120) so that a peripheral speed of the tip ends of the rotary blades (131) is 19 to 30 m/sec, and a screen (160) arranged inside the pulverization chamber (110) having mesh openings of 130 to 400 m.
