CABIN AIR FILTER WITH POLARISATION
A gas filter that includes a filter medium configured to filter a gas flow propagating from an upstream facing side through the filter medium to a downstream facing side. The filter medium includes a capacitor with a first electrode, a second electrode, and a dielectric medium. The gas filter also includes a first electrical contact and a second electrical contact such that the first electrical contact is electrically connected via a first resistor to a branching point and the second electrical contact is electrically connected via a second resistor the same branching point. Further, the first electrode is preferably electrically connected to such branching point and the second electrode is preferably electrically connected to the second electrical contact.

Electronic air cleaners for use in heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) systems and associated methods and systems are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, an electronic air cleaner includes one or more collecting electrodes having a collection material with a porous, open-cell structure and a conductive internal portion. The collection material can be configured to collect and receive charged particulate matter in an airflow path. After a period of time, used collection material can be removed from individual collecting electrodes and replaced with new collection material.

The present invention relates to an electrode plate, and a purification and dust removal device, and belongs to the technical field of air purification. The electrode plate includes a body, the body includes a conductive layer located inside a semiconductor layer, an edge of the body is provided with a plurality of fixed mounting positions and a plurality of avoiding ports in a length direction thereof, the body further includes an insulation layer, the semiconductor layer is arranged on two sides of the insulation layer, and the conductive layer is located inside the semiconductor layer. According to the present invention, the technical problem in the prior art that a dust thin layer formed on a dust collection surface generates a back corona phenomenon, thereby repelling the capture of particulate matters and affecting the purification efficiency of the purification and dust removal device can be solved.

AIR CONDITIONER AND AIR PURIFIER INCLUDING ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
An air conditioner includes an electrostatic precipitator including a charger and a dust collector. The charger includes a plurality of charging electrodes and an auxiliary electrode. The plurality of charging electrodes include a discharge electrode and a ground electrode, configured to generate ions by corona discharge to charge airborne particulate matter. The auxiliary electrode is arranged upstream of the discharge electrode with respect to a ventilation direction, which is an airflow direction, and connected to a ground potential such that while the auxiliary electrode is arranged upstream of the discharge electrode and connected to the ground potential, the auxiliary electrode discharges an ion current diffused upstream of the discharge electrode. The dust collector is configured to collect the airborne particulate matter charged by ions by using Coulomb force whereby the airborne particulate matter is removed from the air before the air is discharged into an air conditioning space.
AIR CONDITIONER AND AIR PURIFIER INCLUDING ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
An air conditioner includes an electrostatic precipitator including a charger and a dust collector. The charger includes a plurality of charging electrodes and an auxiliary electrode. The plurality of charging electrodes include a discharge electrode and a ground electrode, configured to generate ions by corona discharge to charge airborne particulate matter.
