SENSOR WASHER SYSTEM WITH ANNULAR NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

An annular nozzle assembly includes an inlet tube, an annular tube, at least three first spray nozzles, and a plurality of separating vanes. The annular tube connects to the inlet tube. The first spray nozzles are fixed to the annular tube and are directed to spray inwardly and in a first vertical direction and are equally spaced from each other. The separating vanes are disposed within the annular tube and extend along a length thereof and define a flow channel for each first spray nozzle.

ANNULAR NOZZLE

A cleaning apparatus for pharmaceutical containers, comprising means for feeding containers into and means for discharging containers from the cleaning apparatus, a transport apparatus for transporting containers within the cleaning apparatus, at least one holder for holding containers during a cleaning process, and one or more cleaning stations. Each holder holds a container such that a longitudinal axis of the container extends substantially in a vertical direction. Each cleaning station comprises at least one substantially cylindrically formed annular nozzle configured to completely surround a container during the cleaning process. Each cleaning station is provided on its inner side with a first row of outlet openings disposed circumferentially in a first vertical position, and is configured to discharge a cleaning medium substantially identically inwardly and downwardly at an angle to a horizontal axis and at an angle to a radial direction to form a cyclone of cleaning medium.

Device and method for controlling the spraying of a bonding composition in an installation for manufacturing mineral wool

A device for controlling a system for spraying a bonding composition onto mineral fibers, includes a ring, inside which the mineral fibers pass, a spray nozzle arranged on the ring and for spraying the composition onto the fibers, a first apparatus for measuring a flow of a fluid relative to the sprayed composition and a second apparatus for measuring a pressure of a fluid relative to the sprayed composition. A module compares a pair formed by a value, measured by the first apparatus, of the fluid flow and a value, measured by the second apparatus, of the fluid pressure, with a pair formed by a first previously defined reference value of a considered fluid flow, and by a second previously defined reference value of the considered fluid pressure. A pump feeds the fluid into the device so that a value of the flow of the fluid is constant.
