Needle for a jet device

A needle for a jet device includes a needle body and a tapered part arranged at the end of the needle body, in which the needle body is circumferentially provided with supporting bodies, so that when the needle is assembled in a nozzle of the jet device, the outer surfaces of the supporting bodies are coordinated with an inner chamber of the nozzle to limit the position of the needle body and form fluid channels among the supporting bodies, thereby to effectively prevent the needle from deviating from the spout of the nozzle or from radially swinging.

A fluid injector for injecting fluid is disclosed, including a body; a fluid passageway defined in the body and extending from an inlet to an outlet of the fluid injector; a valve seat disposed internally of the body and forming part of the passageway; a valve element that is selectively reciprocated relative to the valve seat to close and open the passageway to fluid flow by seating and unseating the valve element on and from the valve seat, respectively; and an orifice disc disposed in the passageway downstream of the valve seat in a direction of the fluid flow through the fluid injector, the orifice disc including a plurality of dimples and a plurality of orifices defined through the orifice disc, each dimple including at least one orifice located thereon and each dimple having an asymmetrical cross-section.

SHOWER

A shower assembly includes an inlet port, a reservoir, and a plurality of drop outlet ports. The inlet port is configured to receive a flow of water from a water source. The reservoir is configured to receive the flow of water from the inlet port. Each drop outlet port of the plurality of drop outlet ports includes an inlet, an outlet, and a bore extending therebetween. The shower assembly is configured such that, even when the reservoir receives the flow of water at a maximum inlet flow rate, the drop outlet ports only produce discrete water drops. A first plurality of the drop outlet ports is configured to produce only discrete water drops having a first size and a second plurality of the drop outlet ports is configured to produce only discrete water drops having a second size that is greater than the first size.

MODULAR JETTING DEVICES

A jetting device and/or fluid module include a module body defining a passageway extending through the module body and also partially defining a fluid chamber, a nozzle supported by the module body, a valve element at least partially within the fluid chamber, a biasing element contacting the valve element and also contacting the module body, and a sealing member contacting the periphery of the valve element and configured to partially define the fluid chamber. The nozzle defines a fluid outlet that is in fluid communication with the fluid chamber. The valve element has an upper portion outside of the fluid chamber that is adapted for contact with the drive pin, and the biasing element is configured to apply a spring force to the valve element. The valve element is configured to cause a droplet of the fluid to be jetted from the fluid outlet when the valve element is moved in the direction toward the nozzle.

SHOWERHEAD ASSEMBLY WITH MIST NOZZLE

A water spraying assembly is provided which includes a central conduit, an impeller, and a mist nozzle having a tapered chamber that decreases in cross-sectional area as it narrows into a nozzle outlet sufficiently small so as to reduce the flowing water's pressure as it is transported down the chamber. The impeller includes blades which form channels for receiving water from the central conduit. Further, these channels produce a vortex, rotating the passing water stream. The impeller is directly adjacent to, upstream and in fluid connection with the entrance of the tapered chamber which tapers inwardly until it reaches its smallest measurement at the nozzle outlet. Consequently, the swirling water and the tapered chamber create a low-pressure environment, thereby increasing the water's velocity and force. Due to the high velocity and the outlet's small opening, water is ejected from the outlet as small droplets in a fine mist spray pattern.

SPRAY GUN FOR A HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING APPLIANCE

A spray gun for a high-pressure cleaning appliance is provided, with a gun casing, in which is arranged a valve, which has a through duct which extends from a valve inlet to a valve outlet, and has a closure body which, in a closed position, bears in a fluid-tight manner against a valve seat and which is adapted to be moved, with the aid of a hand lever mechanically coupled to the closure body, into an open position spaced apart from the valve seat, and with an electric apparatus which has an electric display device and at least one battery. The electric apparatus has an electric casing which is sealed against sprayed water and forms a sub-unit adapted to be handled independently, wherein all of the current-carrying components of the spray gun are arranged in the electric casing and are separated galvanically from the remaining components of the spray gun.

HEAT EXCHANGER COOLING DEVICE

An emission part of a cooling device has a plurality of emission holes. In the emission part, a separator urged by coil springs is disposed, and needles respectively corresponding to the emission holes are provided on the separator. As the separator is moved to a closing position, leading end portions of the needles are inserted into the emission holes to close the emission holes. Thus, when emission of water through the emission holes is stopped in the emission part, water inside the emission holes is pushed out and removed by the leading end portions of the needles inserted into the emission holes. This can reduce the likelihood of clogging of the emission holes due to water that cools a radiator by its latent heat of evaporation.
