NOZZLE TIPS WITH REDUCED CLEANING TIME
The invention relates to nozzle tips including a nozzle body and a tip portion, configured to minimize the accumulation of a resin on the nozzle tip as it is dispensed through the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can contain a central flow channel and an internal portion that branches and guides the resin into multiple exiting flow channels that define tangential pathways to the outer surface of the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can include grooves that define extended, sharply angled flow paths for the resin.
Nozzle tips can have a neck portion separating a nozzle body and a tip end of the nozzle tip; here, a doughnut-shaped space located around the neck portion can be defined by the base of the nozzle, the crown of the nozzle, and the neck portion, for encouraging turbulent flow of the resin to scour the nozzle tip during dispensing.

Grease application device and grease application method
This grease application device includes: a nozzle body that has a first end portion insertable into an inner spline portion, the inner spline portion being formed at an end portion of a workpiece; a nozzle that is formed on the first end portion of the nozzle body and discharges grease into a groove of the inner spline portion; a nozzle body shift portion that is connected to a second end portion of the nozzle body and that moves the nozzle body in a longitudinal direction, the second end portion being on an opposite side to the first end portion; a grease retention portion that retains the grease discharged from the nozzle; a grease pressure-feed portion that pressure-feeds the grease retained in the grease retention portion to the nozzle; and an operation portion that links an operation of causing the nozzle body shift portion to move the nozzle body from the first end portion toward the second end portion with an operation of causing the grease pressure-feed portion to discharge the grease from the nozzle.

Nozzle for wet gas scrubber
A nozzle and methods of gas stripping utilizing the nozzle are provided. A nozzle is provided comprising a ceramic nozzle assembly comprising an inlet at one end of a cylindrical portion, an outlet at one end of a conical portion; the cylindrical portion transitioning to the conical portion at an end of the cylindrical portion distal from the inlet; the conical portion transitioning to the cylindrical portion at an end of the conical portion distal from the outlet; and a ceramic vane assembly within the cylindrical portion; the vane assembly comprising a central vane support located substantially concentrically within the cylindrical portion, and a plurality of angled vanes extending from the central vane support to an inner wall of the cylindrical portion; wherein the ceramic nozzle assembly and the ceramic vane assembly are manufactured such that the two assemblies comprise a single piece of ceramic.
DISPENSING HEAD WITH A STEPPED SWIRLING CHAMBER FOR A DISPENSING DEVICE
A dispensing head with a staged swirling chamber for a dispensing system includes a spraying nozzle including a dispensing orifice and a swirling chamber opening into the dispensing orifice, the swirling chamber including a converging portion, and extending along an axis between an upstream end and a downstream end in the direction of displacement of the product, and an anvil including a core provided with a peripheral wall, that is housed inside the swirling chamber, and forming with the converging portion at least one fluidic path in which the product circulates, the converging portion including an inner wall of the nozzle, the inner wall and/or the peripheral wall of the core being provided with a plurality of steps, each step being defined by a transverse wall that extends in a plane secant to the axis and a longitudinal wall substantially parallel to the axis, the steps forming obstacles in the fluidic path.
Sanitary cleansing device
Provided is a sanitary cleansing device configured so that user's defecation can be promoted with a comfortable feeling by spraying of cleansing water. The present invention provides a sanitary cleansing device (1) including a nozzle assembly (6) provided with a spray port, a nozzle drive device (12), an operation device (10) operated by a user, and a spray control device (20) configured to actuate the nozzle drive device to execute a massage cleansing mode. The massage cleansing mode is a cleansing mode for repeating a predetermined massage cleansing cycle including a turning movement pattern for turning a water splash point of the cleansing water sprayed from the spray port at the periphery of a private area position of a seated human body and a front-to-back movement pattern for moving the water splash point through the private area position in a substantially front-to-back direction of the human body.
