CONTINUOUS CONVEYOR BELT
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for using a continuous conveyor belt. One of the systems includes a conveyor belt adapted to move a plurality of comestibles and having i) a first edge, ii) a second edge opposite the first edge, iii) a first row of apertures that is substantially parallel to the first edge, and iv) a second row of apertures that is substantially parallel to the second edge.
Dough line for processing sticky dough types
A dough line, comprising at least one conveyor for transporting elongated dough pieces in a direction of conveyance, a first and a second contact surface extending in the direction of conveyance arranged above the conveyor that curls up a dough piece conveyed underneath into a cylindrical shape, and a moulding unit for moulding the curled up dough piece, compressing the dough piece in an axial direction, wherein the first contact surface is configured for exerting a force onto a leading edge of the dough piece with at least a component in a direction opposite to the direction of conveyance and subsequently curling up the dough piece over a part of its length, and the second contact surface is configured for engaging the dough piece at an outer lateral surface of the part already curled up by the first contact surface substantially tangentially with respect to the direction of conveyance.
Method and apparatus for shaping pizza dough
A method and an apparatus of forming food dough to be used for making bases for pizza and the like are described. The method provides for compressing a predefined mass or dose of dough between two surfaces and massaging it by deforming one of said surfaces, consisting of a flexible diaphragm whereon the dough is worked. For this purpose, the forming machine has idle tapered rollers arranged under the diaphragm, which make a motion of revolution about a vertical axis and roll on the extrados of the diaphragm. During the forming process, the dough is squeezed by a movable plate or cover.
Encased Snack
The invention is directed to a process for the preparation of an encased snack comprising in this order the steps of (1) providing crumb material, (2) forming the crumb material under pressure to produce a shell, (3) introducing a filling into the shell, (4) forming a cover of crumb material on the filling in the shell under pressure, and (5) optionally baking the thus formed assembly. The invention is also directed to the encased snack obtainable by the process and to a mould comprising a lower die and first and second upper dies for use in the process.
HAND OPERATED PRESS
A hand operated press 10 for foodstuff includes a base plate assembly 20 with a moving plate assembly 40 hingedly mounted at a predetermined points of their peripheries. An actuating arm 60 is hingedly mounted to the periphery of the base plate assembly 20 at a point opposite to where moving plate assembly 40 is hingedly mounted. A concave portion 70 in the actuating arm with a concavity facing the distal end of the moving plate comes in cammingly contact avoiding a perpendicular angle of attack. A protuberance 48 extending from the distal end 47 of the moving plate assembly 40 further ensures the cammingly contact while preventing actuating arm assembly 60 to totally collapse against the base plate assembly. A curved portion adjacent to the concave portion is prevents a user's fingers from coining in contact with the base plate assembly.
AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR MAKING FLAT EDIBLES
Present Automatic machine for making flat edibles (1) mainly comprises of Dispensing module (2), Kneading Module (3), Dough-arm Module (4), Pressing Module (5), Flat edible arm Module (6), Baking Module (7), Electronic Module (8), Body and Structural parts (9). Said Dispensing module (2) is provided to dispense the raw materials for preparing the flat edibles wherein said raw materials generally, but not exclusively include flour, water and oil, said Kneading Module (3) is for kneading of raw materials dispensed, said Dough-arm Module (4) transfers the dough from Kneading module (3) to Pressing Module (5), said Pressing Module (5) facilitates in pressing the dough into flat round edible, said Flat edible arm Module (6) transfers flat round edible from the Pressing Module (5) to Baking Module (7) and Baking Module (7) to outside tray, said Electronic module (8) controls the working of present Automatic machine for making flat edibles (1).
The invention is also directed to the encased snack obtainable by the process and to a mold comprising a lower die and first and second upper dies for use in the process.
Comestible flattener translation
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a comestible loader with flatteners that pivot and translate. One of the methods includes receiving, by a comestible loader, a comestible through an opening defined in a loader frame of the comestible loader and onto a surface; and pivoting and translating a first flattener and a second flattener to a pre-press position to permit the first flattener and the second flattener to position the comestible approximately at a target position on the surface.
Method And Device For Treating Dough
A method and a device for treating dough, in particular for producing pizza bases, wherein a piece of dough is applied on a support, in particular an abutment or a conveyor belt, and pressure is applied to the piece of dough by means of a pressure stamp, which includes a number of concentrically arranged press rings so that the dough flows. The press rings are extended one after the other outwardly in a staggered manner from the center of the press rings in the direction of the support such that the surface of the piece of dough is increased.
SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING FLATBREAD, AND METHOD FOR THE PROVISION OF SAME
A system for producing flatbread, comprising a closed portion capsule (1) that has a pre-shaped dough body (7) arranged therein, preferably an individual portion dough body, consisting of a, preferably, yeast-free dough material on the basis of flour and water and preferably on the basis of wheat flour and water, in order to produce flatbread in a domestic flatbread baking device, with the dough body (7) being shaped. According to the invention, the dough body (7) comprises a dough crust all the way around made of the dough material and enclosing a core that consists of a mass of raw dough.
