Atomizing disc, atomizing device with atomizing disc, and unmanned aerial vehicle
An atomizing disc, an atomizing device with the atomizing disc, and an unmanned aerial vehicle are provided. The atomizing disc includes: a bottom disc, an upper surface of the bottom disc being provided with a liquid inlet space; and a plurality of ribs, the plurality of ribs being disposed on the upper surface of the bottom disc and being spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the bottom disc. A centrifugal flow passage in communication with the liquid inlet space is defined between two adjacent ribs and the bottom disc. An end of a rib close to an edge of the bottom disc is provided with a first groove penetrating a side portion of the rib so as to cut fluid flowing through the centrifugal flow passage.
ROTATING PLATE MISTING FAN
A rotating plate misting fan (RPMF) is capable of delivering cooling to industrial environments including loading bays for docked trailers. The RPMF includes a rotating plate assembly configured to eliminate or minimize water collection in the environment area.
SINK SPINNER
A basin rinsing device is adapted to be connected to plumbing fixture, such as a sink faucet. When the water is turned on, the water flows through the basin rinsing device. The water is able to pass through the basin rinsing device in one mode or cause the basin rinsing device to rotate and spray water in a second mode. The nozzles are angled so that that the sprayed water strikes the surface of a basin and facilitates removal of debris and dirt.
Method of producing prills
Method of producing prills includes providing a hollow body rotatable about a first axis, the body having a wall rotationally symmetrical around the first axis forming an interior space, the wall including nozzles; providing a second body disposed in the hollow body such that a gap exists between the hollow body and the second body; supplying liquid to the gap; generating jets of liquid from the nozzles radially outward by driving the rotational motion of the hollow body and/or second body around the first axis of rotation using a rotary drive unit; applying a reciprocal pressure excitation on the jets of liquid by moving the hollow body and/or second body along the first axis; and decoupling the rotations of the one of the hollow body and second body and a reciprocating drive-unit.
ROTATING PLATE MISTING FAN
A rotating plate misting fan (RPMF) is capable of delivering cooling to industrial environments including loading bays for docked trailers. The RPMF includes a rotating plate assembly configured to eliminate or minimize water collection in the environment area.
Fluid dispenser for recovering material from a surface
An assembly for delivering a fluid includes a fluid dispenser connected to a fluid supply conduit. The fluid dispenser includes a fluid outlet positioned along a length of the fluid dispenser. The fluid outlet is configured to deliver the fluid from the fluid supply conduit at a flow rate that varies along the length of the fluid dispenser.
ROTARY ATOMIZER HAVING POROUS GAS BEARINGS
A rotary atomizer comprises an electric motor having a stator and a rotor, a vertical shaft, one or more porous gas bearings configured to provide frictionless radial and axial support to the shaft, and a rotating disc installed at a lower end of the shaft, said rotating disc configured to spray liquid into the form of fine particles. A gap detection system monitors a distance between the porous gas bearings and the vertical shaft. Bushings on the motor housing help to maintain precise alignment of the rotor during installation and maintenance.
Coated packaging products, systems and methods
In a method of forming a coated bag for pre-treating an item stored in the bag, a bag is provided, having a sidewall extending from a closed bottom end to an open top end and defining an interior surface of a cavity. The bag is expanded from a flattened condition to an expanded condition. At least one adhesive dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. An adhesive is applied from the at least one inserted adhesive dispenser to form an adhesive coating on the interior surface of the cavity. A particulate dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. A particulate is discharged from the inserted particulate dispenser to embed the particulate in the adhesive coating. The adhesive coating is dried to retain the embedded particulate on the interior surface of the sidewall.
