Rotary atomizing coating device that includes a plurality of through holes that extend in a radial direction in a side surface portion of the rotary atomizing coating device
A rotary atomizing coating device includes a main body including a rotary drive unit, and a bell cup attached to the rotary drive unit. The bell cup includes: a side surface portion extending toward a distal end in an axial direction of the rotary drive unit; a through hole configured to allow an inner surface and an outer surface of the side surface portion to communicate with each other and also configured to eject a coating material therethrough; and an outward protruding portion that is formed closer to the distal end in the axial direction than the through hole and protrudes more outward in a radial direction of an axis of the rotary drive unit than the side surface portion.
Electrostatic coating device
The durability of resin components can be improved by preventing ozone from staying in gaps where there is no air flow. A cylindrical gap is provided around the outer peripheral side of the head portion between the head portion and the resin cover portion covering the outer peripheral side of the head portion. Moreover, the head portion is provided with a pilot air introduction path guiding the pilot air exhausted from the switching valves to the cylindrical gap. In addition, the arm portion is provided with a pilot air exhaust path exhausting the pilot air from the cylindrical gap to the outside.
Rotary atomizing head-type sprayer and electrostatic painting apparatus
Inner cylinder surface of shaping air ring may be formed to a uniform inner diameter dimension. After first shaping air discharge unit has been formed as an annular gap, the gap dimension may be set to 0.1 to 1.0 mm. Front end of shaping air ring is positioned 0.1 to 10.0 mm from discharge edge of rotary atomizing head. The radial width dimension of front end is set to 2 mm or less. Front outer cylinder surface of shaping air ring has a taper angle of 25 or less in relation to the axis line O-O, expanding toward the rear side.
