EXTRUSION FOAM PUMP AND METHOD FOR GENERATING FOAMS BY FOAM PUMP
The present invention relates to an extrusion foam pump and a method for generating foams by the foam pump. SPRING FOAM PUMP AND PACKAGING CONTAINER
A spring foam pump and a packaging container including the same are provided. Under the push of the pressing head (2), the liquid pump piston (71) and the air pump piston (72) force the fluid and gas in the liquid pump chamber (5) and the air pump chamber (6) to enter the gas-liquid mixing chamber (4) to form foam, respectively. Under the action of pressure, the foam flows out after passing through the foam channel (21). The sealing requirement is not very high, and it can be used in various environments. The packaging container comprises a container capable of containing fluid and the spring foam pump.
Foam discharger
Provided is a foam discharger including: a mixing portion for mixing a liquid agent and a gas to foam the liquid agent; a discharge opening for discharging the foamed liquid agent; and a flow path in communication with the discharge opening, and for supplying the foamed liquid agent from the mixing portion to the discharge opening. The discharge opening is provided with a first porous member. On an upstream side of the first porous member, a cross-sectional area of the flow path on a cross section orthogonal to a supply direction in which the foamed liquid agent is to be supplied increases along the supply direction. The cross-sectional area of the flow path at the discharge opening is at least 1.2 times the minimum cross-sectional area of the flow path.
PUMP ASSEMBLY AND LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE
Disclosed is an integrated pump assembly for a liquid dispensing device and a liquid dispensing device thereof. The pump assembly for the liquid dispensing device comprises a flow path board formed with a flow path therein to receive liquid from a liquid source and dispense a gas-liquid mixture, a gas-liquid mixing pump connected with the flow path board to receive the liquid therefrom and return the gas-liquid mixture thereto, and a main control board for controlling the operation of the gas-liquid mixing pump, wherein the flow path board comprises an upper board and a lower board fitted to each other with the flow path formed therebetween. The liquid dispensing device comprises a housing, said pump assembly configured to be accommodated in said housing and a power supply to supply power to said pump assembly.
Aerosol product
Provided is an aerosol product which has a simple configuration and enables spraying in the form of a mist at the time of use even when a stock liquid is stored in a high-viscosity state in an aerosol container. An aerosol product (100) has a plurality of partitioned housing spaces and a valve unit (120) provided with an inflow port (122) corresponding to the housing space, wherein at least one among the plurality of housing spaces is a main stock liquid housing section (142) that houses a main stock liquid (M), at least one other of the plurality of housing spaces is a viscosity lowering agent housing section (143) that houses a viscosity lowering agent (S), and the main stock liquid (M) discharged from the inflow port (122) and the viscosity lowering agent (S) discharged from the inflow port (122A) are mixed in an actuator (130).
REMOTE FOAM GENERATORS AND FOAM AT A DISTANCE DISPENSER SYSTEMS
Exemplary foam dispensers having remote foam generators and remote foam generators are disclosed herein. An exemplary foam dispenser includes a housing, a liquid reservoir, a liquid pump chamber, an air pump chamber and a remote foam generator. The remote foam generator is at least 3 inches from the liquid pump chamber and the air pump chamber. The remote foam includes a housing, an end wall, a liquid inlet and an air inlet. The remote foam generator includes a central axis. The air inlet is located above the central axis and the liquid inlet is located below the central axis. The remote foam generator includes an inner mixing chamber, an outer mixing chamber and a deflector. The deflector has a first surface angled to deflect air flowing from the air inlet into the outer mixing chamber. The liquid inlet directs liquid flow into the outer mixing chamber. One or more fluid flow windows place the outer mixing chamber in fluid communications with the inner mixing chamber. A foaming chamber is included. One or more mix media are located in the foaming chamber. The foam generator also includes a foam outlet.

SEQUENTIALLY ACTIVATED MULTI-DIAPHRAGM FOAM AT-A-DISTANCE DISPENSER SYSTEMS
An exemplary foam dispenser includes a housing, a reservoir for holding a foamable liquid, and a pump located below the reservoir. The pump includes a liquid pump chamber, two or more air pump chamber and a manifold. The manifold includes a liquid outlet port, a liquid outlet valve and an air outlet port. An elongated liquid dispensing conduit in fluid communication with the liquid outlet port and an elongated air dispensing conduit in fluid communication with the air outlet port are also included. A mixing chamber having a mixing chamber liquid inlet, a mixing chamber air inlet, and a foam outlet is provided. The mixing chamber is located remotely from the sequentially operated multi-diaphragm pump. The elongated liquid dispensing conduit is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber liquid inlet and the elongated air dispensing conduit is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber air inlet.
