Foaming unit for producing foam from a mixture of gas and liquid and a sprayer for producing and dispensing foam
A foaming unit for producing foam from a mixture of gas and liquid. The foaming unit comprising a housing, a slide, a foaming element, an inlet for the mixture of gas and liquid and an outlet, the slide and the housing being movable relative to each other, the foaming element being arranged hydraulically between the inlet and the outlet, wherein an active volume of the foaming element can be adjusted by changing the relative position of a control edge and an end face of the foaming element.
Foam pumps, refill units and dispensers with differential bore suck-back mechanism
An exemplary system for dispensing foam includes a container holding a foamable liquid, a pump, and a suck-back device. The suck back device has a housing having a small bore with first diameter and a large bore with a second diameter; a dual body piston with a first piston that reciprocates in the small bore and a second piston that reciprocates in the large bore; a flow restrictor located proximate the dual body piston, a suck back chamber formed at least in part by the large bore and the second piston, and a foam outlet. The flow restrictor is configured so that fluid flow into the suck back device causes the suck back chamber to compress and when the fluid flow stops, a biasing member causes the suck back chamber to expand and suck back residual foam into the suck back chamber.
MULTI-MODE HIGH-PRESSURE FOAM LANCE
The present invention provides a multi-mode high-pressure foam lance, which includes a foam-making component and a spray-mode component, wherein the foam-making component and the spray-mode component are connected through a sheath, the sheath is internally provided with an air mixing connecting tube, the spray-mode component includes a foam-making eccentric disc and a nozzle-mode rotary disc, an axis of the foam-making eccentric disc and an axis of the nozzle-mode rotary disc are fixedly connected through a positioning screw, a positioning pin is arranged between the foam-making eccentric disc and the nozzle-mode rotary disc, a spray hole of the foam-making eccentric disc is corresponding to a nozzle of the nozzle-mode rotary disc, and metallic foaming cotton is arranged between the foam-making eccentric disc and the air mixing connecting tube. The present invention has the advantages of reasonable structure design and multi-spray modes optimally matched with the foam-making component and convenient to switch, which greatly enriches the spray forms on the premise of optimizing a foam-making effect, and meets the requirements of user groups with different heights on covering and spraying foams on surfaces of various objects.
DISPOSABLE SOAP DISPENSER
A soap dispenser including a rigid cartridge, an inverted dispensing pump, a collar carrying a lever for actuating the pump, and a venting system for equalizing air pressure in the rigid cartridge. The rigid cartridge and collar cooperate to removably attach the soap dispenser to a wall-mounted bracket, in which at least the rigid cartridge is disposable being made of recyclable and/or biodegradable material.
Disposable soap dispenser
A soap dispenser including a rigid cartridge, an inverted dispensing pump, a collar carrying a lever for actuating the pump, and a venting system for equalizing the air pressure in the rigid cartridge, wherein the rigid cartridge and the collar cooperate to removably attach the soap dispenser to a wall-mounted bracket, and further wherein at least the rigid cartridge is disposable and can be made of a recyclable and/or biodegradable material.
FOAM FORMER AND FOAM SPRINKLER
The invention relates to an optimized foam former (1) for foaming a foam-water concentrate, which foam former consists of a curved grate having diamond-shaped openings (13) and sharp edges (12). The structure of the foam former increases the foam formation and ensures uniform distribution of the foam over a large area. Existing water sprinklers having a nozzle (3) and a spray disk (2) can be provided with the foam former (1) and thus converted into foam sprinklers in a simple manner. The foam former (1) is arranged in such a way that the foam former (1) protrudes beyond the spray disk (2) toward the nozzle (3).
DUAL MODE FOAMING SPRAY GUN
A dual mode spray gun has a mixing valve with two inlets and two outlets. A handle assembly extending proximally from the valve couples the first inlet to pressurized water and provides means for manually starting and stopping flow. The second inlet draws detergent from a reservoir mounted to the valve. A barrel extending distally from the valve terminates at spray and foam ports connected respectively to the first and second outlets via first and second channels formed through the barrel, the second channel defining an aeration port upstream of the foam port. A mode switch on the mixing valve in a first position allows flow from the first inlet to the spray port, stops flow from the second inlet and stops flow to the foam port, and in a second position stops flow to the spray port and allows flow from the first and second inlets to mix and aerate en route to the foam port.
Foam machine
The present disclosure relates to a foam machine. Liquid for generating foams is conveyed onto a laminating member through a liquid pump. The laminating member further conveys the liquid onto a foam forming device. On the foam forming device, a rotating ring is provided with a plurality of forming rings and a plurality of forming ribs, so that a plurality of foam film forming holes are formed in the rotating ring; afterwards, as the rotating ring rotates, the laminating member can form foam films on the respective foam film forming holes, and continuous foams are formed after an air flow is blown through; the foams are pushed by the air flow to be continuously sprayed out; and new foam films are continuously formed on the respective foam film forming holes.
