A dispensing system includes an above-deck nozzle portion, a reservoir for holding fluid, a foam pump, a multi-lumen dispense passage, and a mixing portion. The above-deck nozzle portion has a dispenser outlet and is disposed above a counter. The foam pump is disposed below the counter and includes at least one liquid pump chamber in fluid communication with the reservoir, at least one air pump chamber, and a pump outlet. The multi-lumen dispense passage includes an inlet, an outlet, at least one liquid lumen, and at least two air lumens. The inlet is in fluid communication with the pump outlet, the outlet is in fluid communication with the dispenser outlet, and the at least one liquid lumen and the at least two air lumens are each in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet of the multi-lumen dispense passage. The mixing portion is disposed between the multi-lumen dispense passage and the dispenser outlet.
AEROSOL PRODUCT
To provide a simple-structured aerosol product with few limitations on applicable liquids and capable of spraying a mist of fine particles without giving too much sensation of coldness. The aerosol container (101) includes a plurality of holding spaces by being partitioned and a plurality of valves (110) corresponding to the holding spaces. At least one of the plurality of holding spaces is a liquefied gas containing section (131) that holds a liquefied gas LG, and at least one of the plurality of valves (110) is a gas phase valve (110A) that ejects vaporized gas from the liquefied gas containing section (131).
Aerosol antiperspirant product
An antiperspirant aerosol product having good sustainability characteristics and comprising an anhydrous antiperspirant aerosol composition comprising particulate antiperspirant active suspended in a carrier oil, the ratio of propellant to base composition being from 2:1 to 4:1 by weight and an aerosol dispenser comprising a container body, an aerosol valve, and a valve actuator; characterised in that the particulate antiperspirant active comprises a basic aluminium chloride compound of formula Al.sub.2(OH).sub.4.4Cl.sub.1.6 to Al.sub.2(OH).sub.4.9Cl.sub.1.1, water soluble calcium salt and an amino acid and the aerosol valve of the aerosol dispenser has a vapor phase tap (VTP) to restrictive tailpiece (RTP) ratio of from 0.6:1 to 1.2:1.
ATOMIZING NOZZLE
Atomizing nozzle which combines two or more substances introduced through at least a first inlet (10) and a second inlet (50), and sprays the resulting atomized droplets through an outlet (110), capable of optimized flow rate and droplet size through a modular design based on interchangeable disk-shaped modules. When stacked in a hollow cylindrical casing conformed by a first housing (20) and a second housing (120), the plurality of modules conform a first mixing chamber (200) and a second mixing chamber (210) connected through a swirl module (60). Furthermore, when said stacking occurs, the first inlet (10) is connected to the first mixing chamber (200), the outlet (110) is connected to the second mixing chamber (210); and the second outlet may be connected to the first mixing chamber (200) or the second mixing chamber (210) depended on the configuration selected by the user.
COMPRESSED AIR FOAM MIXING SYSTEM
A compressed air foam mixing system that has a mixing device connected to a discharge port of a tank. The mixing device receives fluid from the tank and pressurized air from the tank or alternatively directly from a source of pressurized air. The fluid and pressurized air are combined within the mixing device to form a foam.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY DRYING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
An electrostatic sprayer operable at high flow rates and low pressures particularly suitable for spray drying. The sprayer includes an elongated body having a downstream spray nozzle assembly through which electrically charged liquid is directed via a central feed tube within the nozzle body and atomizing air is supplied via an annular passage about the liquid feed tube. In one embodiment, the nozzle assembly is an external mix cluster head spray nozzle assembly having a plurality of circumferentially spaced metallic spray tips. In another embodiment, the spray nozzle is an internal mix nozzle assembly having a spray tip with an internal mixing chamber for atomizing liquid prior to discharge.
Aerosolizing nozzle and method of operating such aerosolizing nozzle
A nozzle and a method of generating an inhalable aerosol from a liquid solution or liquid suspension and a gas by operating the nozzle. A column-like aerosol plume is generated having fluid particles within a particle free sheath of gas, the aerosol plume being generated from a compressed gas interacting within the aerosolizing space with a fluid ejected along the central axis, and generates a Venturi effect entraining gas that flows over the convex outer nozzle surface that together with the particle free sheath keeps the circumferential edge and the outer nozzle surface free of particle deposition. An aerosol exit orifice diameter is at least 1.3 times larger than the fluid exit orifice diameter; and a converging annular pressurized gas channel extending at an acute gas flow angle of 10-30 with respect to a central axis.
COMPRESSED HAIR SPRAY
