A pressurized container assembly includes a pressurized container, a valve, and a shearing chamber. A flowable product and propellant are also provided within the container. The propellant is substantially non-soluble in the flowable product. Methods of producing a foamed flowable product using shearing chambers are also disclosed.

METHODS OF APPLYING A RAPID CURE SEALANT TO AN AIRCRAFT SURFACE

Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Applicant further discloses multiple spray gun systems for applying such a two-part polymer mix to aircraft parts.

Spraying apparatus

A spraying apparatus includes a spraying apparatus main body, a liquid introduction portion, a gas introduction portion, a gas-liquid spout portion, a liquid inlet, a gas inlet, a tubular flow passage, a spout, a flow passage having a taper, a straightener, and a projection portion. The liquid inlet allows a liquid flow to enter a gas-liquid mixer which is a space inside the annular gas introduction portion. The gas inlet allows a gas flow to enter the gas-liquid mixer. The straightener has an opening having an uneven shape provided in the flow passage having the taper. The projection portion is provided in the liquid introduction portion, protrudes to the gas-liquid mixer, and forms the straightener and a straightening outlet.

Electrostatic spray drying nozzle assembly

An electrostatic sprayer operable at high flow rates and low pressures particularly suitable for spray drying. The sprayer includes an elongated body having a downstream spray nozzle assembly through which electrically charged liquid is directed via a central feed tube within the nozzle body and atomizing air is supplied via an annular passage about the liquid feed tube. In one embodiment, the nozzle assembly is an external mix cluster head spray nozzle assembly having a plurality of circumferentially spaced metallic spray tips. In another embodiment, the spray nozzle is an internal mix nozzle assembly having a spray tip with an internal mixing chamber for atomizing liquid prior to discharge.

The invention relates to a device for producing special effect fog, in particular in the field of stage technology, comprising fog generator (1) which is equipped with a heating element, wherein a fog fluid is evaporated by means of the heating element, and at least one ultrasonic vaporizer (5) which is arranged in a housing (2) on the bottom (3) of a main mixing chamber (4), wherein the fog which is generated by the fog generator (1) can be conducted into the main mixing chamber (4), and wherein, furthermore, a baffle wall (7) is provided in the main mixing chamber (4) close to an outlet opening (6). In addition, a pre-mixing chamber (8) is provided, into which an air stream which is generated by a fan (9) and the fog which is generated by the fog generator (1) can be introduced via respective access openings (14, 15). Aerosol spray device

An aerosol spray device comprising a pressurised or pressurisable container and a spray discharge assembly mounted on the container. The spray discharge assembly comprises a valve stem moveable from a first limit position to a second limit position to effect spray discharge from the device, a spray outlet region having an outlet orifice from which fluid from the container is discharged, and a flow conduit for supplying fluid from the container to the spray outlet region. The flow conduit has at least one first inlet for liquid from the container and at least one second inlet at the same distance along the conduit as the first inlet(s) or downstream of the first inlet(s) for propellant gas from a headspace of the container. A valving arrangement is adapted such that movement of the valve stem from its first to second limit position opens the first and the second inlets to cause a bubble laden flow to be created in the flow conduit and movement of the valve stem back to its first limit position closes the first and second inlets.

Antiperspirant spray devices and compositions

A hand held spray device is disclosed. The spray device has a body with a reservoir to house a total fill of material, an actuator having an actuator exit orifice, a valve in fluid communication with the actuator exit orifice and the reservoir, and a propellant and antiperspirant composition stored in the reservoir. The propellant has a concentration from 30% to 70% by weight of the total fill of materials stored within the reservoir. The antiperspirant composition includes a non-volatile silicone fluid having a concentration from about 30% to about 70% by weight of the antiperspirant composition, an antiperspirant active, an organoclay material and at least one liquid activation enhancer, and optionally a liquid fragrance material.
