ESSENTIAL OIL ATOMIZER
An essential oil reflux-type atomizer comprising the following structures: chassis, housing, atomization chamber, gas pump, gas tube, gas nozzle, oil nozzle, and filter atomization mechanism. The filter atomization mechanism is installed in the housing and has an upper filter and a lower filter. The essential oil atomizer can be improved efficiency and reduced noise level.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR HOT MELT ADHESIVE APPLICATION
A hot melt adhesive applicator with one or more air outlets configured to direct a pressurized heated air stream transversely toward hot melt adhesive discharged through a discharge port of the applicator. A controller can switch between two modes, a discharge completion mode where the heated air stream pressure is temporarily increased to automatically eliminate or reduce hot melt adhesive stringing and an application mode where the heated air stream assists in heating or maintaining the hot melt adhesive at or above melt temperature.
DIRECTABLE MIST-DELIVERY DEVICE AND REPLACEABLE BOTTLE THEREFOR
A non-thermal mist-delivery device comprises a replaceable bottle system comprising (i) a bottle comprising an internal liquid-storage volume for holding a liquid, and (ii) a cap comprising a piezo assembly including an ultrasonically vibrable mesh membrane, a housing shaped to hold the replaceable bottle system therewithin, the housing comprising a fan, an air inlet and an annular air outlet, the inlet and the outlet defining an airflow path circumventing the replaceable bottle; control circuitry operative to electrically activate the fan and the piezo assembly in response to a user input, respectively to generate an airflow and to non-thermally deliver, via the aerosol outlet, a mist comprising droplets of the liquid.
ROBOTIC COATING APPLICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
The specification and drawings present a robotic coating application system and a method for coating at least one part with a robotic coating application system. The robotic coating application system may comprise an enclosure configured to receive at least one part. The robotic coating application system may further comprise at least one robot configured to operate at least partially within the enclosure. The robotic coating application system may also comprise a graphical user interface to display a model of the at least one part and allow a user to select a portion or subportion of the model for application of a coating. The coating may be automatically applied to the at least one part based upon, at least in part, the user-selected portion or subportion.
VEHICLE PAINTING METHOD AND PAINTING SYSTEM
A method of painting a vehicle according to an embodiment including a first member and a second member which includes a painting surface and which is made of a material different from that of the first member. The method includes acquiring an environmental condition and a painting condition when the first member has been painted, and determining an environmental condition and a painting condition for the second member, which are determined in advance so that a color of the second member and a color of the first member will have a sameness in view of the acquired environmental condition and painting condition for the first member, as the environmental condition and the painting condition at the time of painting the second member which may be used together with the first member.
SPRAY GUN AND NOZZLE ASSEMBLY ATTACHMENT
A liquid spray gun nozzle assembly is disclosed comprising a coating liquid inlet portion comprising a liquid connector for connection to an external liquid source; a coating liquid outlet portion comprising a liquid nozzle for spraying a coating liquid fed into the nozzle assembly through the coating liquid inlet portion, the liquid nozzle being disposed along a spray axis; a coating liquid flow path fluidly connecting the coating liquid inlet portion to the liquid nozzle; and a spray gun connection portion opposite the coating liquid outlet portion adapted to connect the liquid spray gun nozzle assembly to a compatible liquid spray gun body. The spray gun connection portion comprises a nozzle assembly sealing surface adapted to seal the liquid spray gun nozzle assembly to the compatible liquid spray gun body, the nozzle assembly sealing surface comprising first and second sealing members that are each circular and concentric with one another.
MULTI-ORIFICE NOZZLE FOR DROPLET ATOMIZATION
A method of atomizing a liquid comprising providing the liquid to a liquid duct in a dispensing body, providing a gas to a gas duct in the dispensing body, and introducing the liquid into a head via a plurality of liquid duct channels. The method further includes introducing the gas into a pressure chamber of a pressure cap, the pressure cap positioned proximate the dispensing body such that the head is positioned between the pressure cap and the dispensing body. The gas is expelled through a plurality of pressure chamber exit orifices, the pressure chamber exit orifices positioned proximate a plurality of liquid supply channel exit openings via an alignment spacer defined on the head. The method includes expelling the liquid from the liquid supply channel exit openings and through the pressure chamber exit orifices, such that the liquid and the gas interact and form atomized droplets of the liquid.
LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE HAVING A NOZZLE AND NEEDLE ASSEMBLY
A liquid dispensing device includes a body, a nozzle on an end of the body, a liquid container coupled to the body, and a piston configured to move in the body so as to control an ejection of liquid from the nozzle. The piston and the nozzle are configured to be detached from the body as an assembly.
Spraying unit, compact spraying module including such a unit, and spraying and control system including a plurality of such modules
Disclosed is a spraying unit intended for spraying a liquid onto vegetation and including: a nozzle formed by a tube, a rotatable atomizer, and a fan generating a carrying air flow around the atomizer, a drive system, and a transport unit for transporting the liquid to the atomizer, which is capable of breaking the liquid up into droplets. The nozzle encloses a body surrounded by the carrying air flow and including a rotatable portion formed by the rotatable atomizer, the rotation of which causes droplets in the carrying air flow to be propelled, preferably in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Also disclosed is a compact spraying module including such a unit and to a spraying and control system including a plurality of such modules.
NOZZLE FOR A SPRAY GUN, NOZZLE SET FOR A SPRAY GUN, SPRAY GUNS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING A NOZZLE FOR A SPRAY GUN
A nozzle for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, has at least one material nozzle having a hollow portion for the passage of material to be sprayed; a material outlet opening; and a disk element extending radially from the material nozzle and having at least one passage opening. The nozzle has at least one first baffle disk which is arranged on the disk element and has an inner and an outer circumference. The first baffle disk is arranged on the disk element directly, in particular without a sealing element arranged inbetween. The disadvantages that separate sealing elements have to be specially produced and may be lost or damaged, can thereby be avoided. The nozzle according to the disclosure and related nozzle sets, paint spray guns and methods for producing nozzles are functionally reliable, have only few individual parts and a compact design and are quiet.
