Air spray painting apparatus
An air spray painting apparatus for sending a fan of atomized paint spray via a first entrainment flow of carrier fluid and of a second flow of carrier fluid, separate from the first entrainment flow and capable of forming the spray fan, includes electrical heating elements for heating to one and the same temperature the first and second flows of carrier fluid, and a unit for regulation and control of the heating elements.
FLUID TIP
A fluid tip for use with a spray gun. The fluid tip comprises an air cap and a paint nozzle. The air cap comprises an inner surface 206 and the paint nozzle comprises an outer surface 208. The inner and outer surfaces define sides of an air channel 203. The inner and outer surfaces are defined by contours, each contour terminating to form an air channel outlet 207 for discharging an air jet proximal a paint nozzle outlet of the paint nozzle. The contours are configured to provide a velocity profile 400 across the air channel outlet 207 of an air flow 401 through the air channel 203 in which velocities of air radially closer to the paint nozzle outlet are substantially higher than velocities radially further from the paint nozzle outlet.
Sealing element for sealing a transition between a spray gun body and an attachment of a spray gun, attachment, in particular a paint nozzle arrangement for a spray gun and a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun
A sealing element seals a transition between a body of a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, and an attachment of a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, in particular a paint nozzle. The sealing element is configured so that it forms an axially acting sealing surface and a radially acting sealing surface with the body and/or the attachment when the attachment is arranged in body. An attachment, in particular a paint nozzle arrangement for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, and a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun can each have such a sealing element. Due to the axially acting sealing surface and the radially acting sealing surface, the sealing element provides a significantly improved sealing effect relative to sealing elements of the prior art.
System for Spraying a Composition of Live Biological Control Agents
The present invention relates to a system for dispersing live biological control agents, comprising a reservoir of live biological control agents in liquid phase, a source of compressed air, a nozzle comprising a tip, the biological control agent line having a liquid phase outlet for a liquid phase jet to exit the tip in a main direction, and the compressed air line having at least one air outlet, the tip comprising a wall, the liquid phase outlet being defined by an opening in the wall of the tip, the one or more air outlets being arranged in the wall of the tip, the shape of the wall being configured to direct a flow of main air exiting the one or more air outlets in a converging manner towards the liquid phase jet.
TWIN-FLUID NOZZLE SPRAY APPARATUS
A twin-fluid nozzle spray apparatus according to one aspect includes a gas regulator that outputs compressed gas at a predetermined pressure in a compressed-gas supply system, a positive displacement pump that includes a relief valve configured to feed pressurized liquid at a pressure exceeding a predetermined pressure in a pressurized-liquid supply system back to a liquid supply side, and outputs the pressurized liquid, a liquid regulator or a needle valve that outputs the pressurized liquid output by the positive displacement pump while maintaining a pressure of the pressurized liquid at a discharge pressure having a predetermined value, and a twin-fluid nozzle that mixes and sprays the compressed gas output by the gas regulator and the pressurized liquid output by the liquid regulator or the needle valve.
Rotory bell atomizer shaping air configuration and air cap apparatus
A shaping air ring for a rotary bell atomizer spray device includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced nozzles disposed in the shaping air ring, wherein each nozzle has a mix chamber, at least one inlet on an upstream end of the mix chamber, and an outlet at a downstream end of the mix chamber. First and second air flows are provided to the mix chamber through the at least one inlet and a combined air flow is discharged through the outlet. The combined air flow shapes the spray pattern of the liquid sprayed by the rotary bell atomizer spray device.
ALIGNMENT TOOL FOR A SPRAY GUN
An alignment tool is configured to mount to a spray gun to be supported by the spray gun. The alignment tool includes path indicators that project from a tool body and provide an indication of the gap distance between the spray gun and a target surface prior to spraying by the spray gun.
Liquid spray gun, spray gun platform, and spray head assembly
Liquid spray gun platforms, spray head assemblies and liquid spray guns including one or both of the spray gun platforms and the spray head assemblies are described.
SPRAY HEAD FOR A PAINT SPRAYER, AND PAINT SPRAYER
The present invention relates to a spray head for a paint sprayer, in particular a paint spray gun or a paint spray lance, for generating a paint jet. Here, an air cap comprises two curtain air channels whose outlets are arranged between air horns, and whose outlets lie opposite each other in relation to a longitudinal axis of a through-opening of the air cap.
NOZZLE FOR DISCHARGING COMPRESSED AIR
The present disclosure relates to a nozzle for discharging compressed air having a circumferential surface section which extends from a feed end to a discharge end and extends at least partially axially, and an end section produced in one piece, which extends radially inward from the circumferential surface section at the discharge end. In order to allow efficient and targeted compressed air discharge, the present disclosure envisages that a plurality of helical passages extend through the end section, each of which slopes in a tangential direction, at least in some section or sections, and into each of which a first discharge opening for compressed air opens.
