Spray coating device and spray coating method
An object is to provide a spray coating device and a coating method, with which a uniform coating film can be formed by spray coating with two liquids having reactivity, and in which precipitation of a reaction product on a periphery can also be prevented. The object is achieved by providing a transporting unit for transporting a substrate downward; a first spray nozzle; a second spray nozzle disposed below the first spray nozzle; a holding plate for holding the first spray nozzle and the second spray nozzle such that an angle formed by center lines of the first spray nozzle and the second spray nozzle is 5 to 150; and a liquid film forming unit for forming a liquid film which flows from above to below on a surface of the holding plate.
Spray unit and apparatus for cleaning substrate having spray unit
A spray unit, including a body assembly including a solution supply port, the solution port to supply cleaning solution; a flow channel in the body assembly, the flow channel connected with the solution supply port, the cleaning solution to flow through the flow channel; and a spray slit connected to the flow channel, the spray slit to spray out the cleaning solution, the flow channel including at least two chambers to hold the cleaning solution and at least two internal slits connecting the chambers to each other.
Two Component Airless Adhesive Spray Gun and Method of Use
A two part airless adhesive spray system is provided herein. This system provides numerous enhancements to the prior art including limiting overspray fog, saving on sprayed material because of a more efficient spray pattern, and providing a stronger bond than that of the air-atomized spray guns of the prior art.
Two Component Adhesive Spray Gun and Spray Pattern
A two part adhesive spray system is provided herein. This system provides numerous enhancements to the prior art including limiting overspray fog, saving on sprayed material because of a more efficient spray pattern, and providing a more efficient bond than that of the prior art. In particular, the present invention provides a spray pattern having both adhesive and activator. The activator is sprayed in a smaller spray area than the adhesive, which is sprayed on a larger area. As such, when sprayed on a substrate, the activator provides a rapid tack to hold a second adhered material to the substrate sufficient to hold it in place while the remainder of the adhesive dries and/or cures.
Self-cleaning spray valve assembly
Systems and methods for producing consistent spray patterns and for diminishing clogging experienced when applying spray adhesive from a spray gun are provided. One system includes an automatic non-atomizing spray valve operably coupled to a first and second flow valve. The spray and flow valves are electronically controlled using logic running on a processing unit. The logic is programmed to carry out a spray cycle that involves dispensing a first liquid from the spray valve (first phase) and then dispensing a second liquid through the same spray valve (second phase). Because the first liquid (e.g., water-based adhesive) has the potential to clog a nozzle of the spray valve, a short burst of the second liquid (e.g., cleaning fluid) is introduced to prevent the nozzle from clogging. The spray valve is configured as a pulse width modulated spray gun to further reduce clogging and to generate an evenly distributed spray pattern.
Rich air sprayer of sanitary ware
A rich air sprayer of sanitary ware has a base, the base is disposed with at least two waterways; each waterway includes an inlet hole, a mutation cavity connected to the inlet hole and an air inlet hole connected to the mutation cavity, the flow area of the inlet hole is smaller than that of the mutation cavity, negative pressure is generated inside the mutation cavity when the water flows from the inlet hole into the mutation cavity, the negative pressure makes the mutation cavity suck air from the outside of the sprayer through the air inlet hole, the air and the water are mixed to form bubbles; the outlets of the mutation cavities intersect or the tangents of the outlets of the mutation cavities intersect, making the water flowing out of the outlets of the mutation cavities collide to enhance the granular sensation.
EXTERNAL PREPARATION FOR SKIN OR HAIR, COSMETIC TREATMENT METHOD, AND FINE WATER SUPPLY DEVICE
A cosmetic treatment method includes: applying, to skin or hair, an external preparation including a predetermined active ingredient and a base, and at least one of the active ingredient and the base contains fine water that is uncharged and has a particle size of less than or equal to 50 nanometers. Therefore, the applied fine water enters the skin or hair to contribute to maintenance of moisturization, and at the same time, forms a route through which the active ingredient permeates, thereby promoting the permeation of the active ingredient; therefore, the permeability of the active ingredient can be more appropriately improved.
Fluid dispensing systems
A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.
