GREASE APPLICATION METHOD, APPLICATION DEVICE, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING WORM-TYPE REDUCER, ELECTRIC POWER STEERING DEVICE, AUTOMOBILE AND VARIETY OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINES
The present invention relates to a grease application device in which a tip-side inclined surface of a nozzle 28 is made to closely face worm wheel teeth 11 of a shaft-mounted worm wheel 9 while rotating the shaft-mounted worm wheel 9 by means of a drive unit 12. At this state, the grease application device is configured to apply liquid grease from a tip-side opening of the nozzle 28 to the worm wheel teeth 11 of the shaft-mounted worm wheel 9 and to apply the grease while pushing the grease into concave portions of the worm wheel teeth 11. Also, the grease application device is configured to end the application of the grease at a point of time at which the shaft-mounted worm wheel has rotated one revolution with respect to the nozzle 28 after starting the application of the grease to the shaft-mounted worm wheel 9.
Rinsing apparatus for connection to an application-agent main channel of an application-agent changeover unit
The disclosure relates to a rinsing apparatus for connection to an application-agent main channel of an application-agent changeover unit and preferably for the continuous inflow of a rinsing agent into a flow of rinsing air, having a main line for transporting rinsing air and having a rinsing-agent line for transporting a rinsing agent. The rinsing apparatus is distinguished in particular in that the rinsing-agent line opens out into the main line by way of a mouth opening in order to generate a preferable y continuous flow of a rinsing-air/rinsing-agent mixture for introduction into the application-agent main channel. The disclosure also relates to a corresponding rinsing method.
Device and Method for Spraying a Multicomponent Plastic Material
The invention relates to a device for applying a multicomponent plastic to a substrate and a method of using same, the device comprising: a dosing valve which can be controlled by compressed air as pressure medium and has a first valve inlet for a first component, a second valve inlet for a second component and a valve outlet; a static spray mixer comprising a tubular mixer housing extending along a longitudinal axis and having a valve-side end and a distal end, a mixing element disposed within the mixer housing for producing a component mixture, and an atomization sleeve disposed on the distal end of the mixer housing and having an inlet for a pressurized atomizing medium wherein the mixer housing and the mixing element are made of plastic and the mixing element is a one-piece component that is inserted into the mixer housing.
