Wet powder manufacturing apparatus and wet powder manufacturing method
A wet powder manufacturing apparatus includes a housing being arranged such that a central axis CL of the cylindrical inner surface extends in a substantially horizontal direction, a plurality of stirring blades provided rotatably about the central axis CL, a rotary plate configured to rotate the stirring blades about the central axis CL such that the wet powder accumulated at the bottom of the cylindrical inner surface is scooped by the stirring blades and then dropped, a driving device configured to impart a rotary force to the rotary plate, a liquid diffusing device configured to diffuse liquid into the drum inner space so as to wet the powder, and a controller configured to control operations of the driving device and the liquid diffusing device. The controller includes control for vibrating the stirring blades.
COATED PACKAGING PRODUCTS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
In a method of forming a coated bag for pre-treating an item stored in the bag, a bag is provided, having a sidewall extending from a closed bottom end to an open top end and defining an interior surface of a cavity. The bag is expanded from a flattened condition to an expanded condition. At least one adhesive dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. An adhesive is applied from the at least one inserted adhesive dispenser to form an adhesive coating on the interior surface of the cavity. A particulate dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. A particulate is discharged from the inserted particulate dispenser to embed the particulate in the adhesive coating. The adhesive coating is dried to retain the embedded particulate on the interior surface of the sidewall.

DEVICE FOR PROVIDING A CONSTANT AMOUNT OF AEROSOL
The invention relates to a device (10) for providing an aerosol from an aerosolizable material, the device comprising an aerosolization unit (300) through which pressure pulses of a carrier gas (60) are passed; a reservoir (100) comprising the aerosolizable material and which provides the aerosolizable material to the aerosolization unit (300) where the aerosolizable material is entrained by the carrier gas (60); a material providing valve (210) located between the reservoir (100) and the aerosolization unit (300) which opens in direction of the aerosolization unit (300) and which is opened and closed by a pressure difference between the reservoir (100) and the aerosolization unit (300) and which provides, in an open state, the aerosolizable material to the aerosolization unit (300).
Portable granular particle spreader
A portable granular material spreader including an enclosure adapted to dispense granular material through an outlet, and a pressurized air source. A chamber has first, second, and third passageways, and containing a distributor therein, the first passageway in fluid communication with the outlet to receive the granular material by virtue of gravity from the outlet with the distributor controlling a flow rate of the granular material in the chamber, the second passageway in fluid communication with the pressurized air source, and the third passageway for discharging the granular material entrained in pressurized air from the pressurized air source. A conduit being in fluid communication with the second passageway and the enclosure, the conduit end being sufficiently distal from the outlet to not result in aerating the granular material proximate the outlet while preventing a reverse flow of the granular material at the outlet during operation of the spreader.
Apparatus for the aerosolization of large volumes of dry powder
The claimed subject matter relates to a device for dosing and aerosolization of aerosolizable material. The device includes a body with an aerosolization channel with a distal attachment for connecting a source of carrier gas. The carrier gas provides pressure pulses to the aerosolization channel. A proximal attachment allows the aerosolized material to move to a reservoir for receiving the aerosolizable material. The reservoir is connected to the body via the the aerosolization channel. At least part of the walls of the device are self-exciting membranes that can be put into oscillation by the pressure pulses.
POWDER SPRAY GUN AND POWDER SPRAY DEVICE
A housing supports a powder supply unit in a vibratable manner. An on/off switch switches between supply and non-supply of compressed gas with respect to a first gas flow path and a third gas flow path. A vibrator vibrates the powder supply unit by the compressed gas supplied from the third gas flow path. The powder supply unit supplies powder falling due to gravity to a disperser by the vibration of the powder supply unit. The disperser disperses the powder supplied from a powder supply port into the compressed gas entering from a first gas inlet of the first gas flow path. A second gas flow path further causes the compressed gas to flow into the first gas flow path through which the compressed gas in which the powder is dispersed flows.
