Atomizer structure and atomizer having the same
The present application provides an atomizer structure and an atomizer having the same. The atomizer structure includes: a spray assembly including a first cavity; a bottle body configured for containing liquid and configured to be connectable to the spray assembly, the bottle body comprises a second cavity; a first connecting member communicating the first cavity and the second cavity and configured for guiding the liquid contained in the second cavity to enter the first cavity, when an air pressure in the first cavity is less than an air pressure in the second cavity; and a second connecting member selectively communicating the first cavity and the second cavity such that a quantity of remaining liquid in the first cavity can enter the second cavity, and configured for preventing liquid in the second cavity from flowing into the first cavity when the atomizer structure is tilted or inverted.
Modular spray gun lid assemblies and methods of design and use
A spray gun cup lid is disclosed comprising a modular lid base and a modular liquid outlet that is formed independently of the modular lid base and is connected at an interface to the modular lid base. The modular liquid outlet comprises an outlet connection member to allow connection to a compatible spray gun.
MULTIPLE-CHAMBER CONTAINER FOR STORING AND MIXING A MULTI-COMPONENT LIQUID COATING OR ADHESIVE SYSTEM
The invention relates to a multiple-chamber container (1, 1*) for storing and mixing a multi-component liquid coating or adhesive system (M), comprising a first chamber (10) for a first mixing component (B) and at least one other chamber (20) for another mixing component (H), the first chamber (10) and the at least one other chamber (20) being separated by at least one separating wall (30) in liquid-tight fashion and the separating wall (30) comprising a pierceable separating layer (40). The multiple-chamber container further comprises at least one piercing element (50) for piercing the pierceable separating layer (40) in such a way that the first and the one other mixing component (B, H) mix in the first or the at least one other chamber (10, 20). The multiple-chamber container (1, 1*) is characterized in that the at least one other chamber (20) is coaxial to the first chamber (10), the separating layer (40) being partially formed in the separating wall (30). The piercing element (50) is hollow, in particular hollow-cylindrical, and has at least two longitudinally offset openings (51) for introducing either the first or the other mixing component (B, H) into the chamber (10, 20) of the respective other mixing component (H, B).
Liquid supply assembly
A connector system for a liquid container system for a spray gun includes a lid that includes a liquid outlet and an adapter. The adapter includes a spray gun end and a lid end. The ends are connected with a liquid-tight passageway. Further, the spray gun end is adapted for releasable engagement with a liquid inlet port of the spray gun and the lid end is adapted for releasable engagement with the liquid outlet. The connector system also includes a plurality of interlocking tab assemblies for releasably attaching the adapter to the lid. Each assembly includes a first tab and a second tab, wherein an end of the first tab is adapted to secure the adapter to the lid when the first tab and the second tab are interlocked.
SOLID AIR FRESHENER
The present invention relates to a solid pressed air freshener and odor neutralizer composition which can include greater than 10% fragrance. The air freshener comprises a fragrance; preferably the fragrance is impregnated within a water soluble substrate made from a foamed vegetable starch, a surfactant and a solidifier. The solid formulations break down easily in the presence of water and may be sprayed, within the area to be freshened.
MIST BLOWER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID NOZZLE USED FOR MIST BLOWER
A mist blower may include: a liquid nozzle configured to inject liquid stored in a liquid tank into an ejection tube. The liquid nozzle may include: an end surface disposed on a distal end of the liquid nozzle, an ejection opening being defined in the end surface; a side surface constituting at least a part of an outer shape of the liquid nozzle; and a corner part connecting the end surface and the side surface and constituting a corner of the liquid nozzle. At the corner part, a virtual end surface defined by extending the end surface and a virtual side surface defined by extending the side surface may intersect at a first point. Each of a distance from the first point to the end surface and a distance from the first point to the side surface may be equal to or less than 0.3 mm.
SPRAYGUN WITH BUILT-IN QUICK-FIT CONNECTOR
A spray gun and a detachable liquid reservoir releasably attached to the spray gun by engagement of mateable, non-threaded formations provided on the spray gun and the reservoir. The spray gun has an integral connector boss with a socket for reception of a connector tube of the reservoir. The boss has an external flange at the distal end and the reservoir has hook members separate from the connector tube. The hook members are co-operable with the flange when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In another arrangement, the connector tube is an interference friction-fit in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In yet another arrangement, the connector tube has bayonet lugs co-operable with bayonet grooves in the wall of the socket when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In a still further arrangement, the reservoir has an integral spout received in the socket integral with the spray gun and provided with a helical projection co-operable with the underside of a radial lug externally of the socket to secure the reservoir.
CONTAINER FOR A SPRAYING DEVICE
Fluid liners and container assemblies for a spraying apparatus and related methods of use are provided. The disclosed liners include a side wall defining a fluid-containing portion and an open end, a flange extending outwardly from the side wall, and a latching member coupled to the flange, where the latching member includes a retaining feature for releasably coupling the side wall to a lid compatible with the liner. Disclosed fluid containers include a lid having a fluid outlet adapted to couple the lid to the spraying apparatus and a collapsible liner, where either the liner or lid comprises a latch that releasably couples the liner and the lid to each other. Advantageously, the fluid liners and fluid containers can provide enhanced storage options for container contents between spraying operations.
