FOOD PRODUCT DISPENSER WITH REMOVABLE MODULE
A food product dispenser includes a drive unit and a dispensing unit removably coupled to the drive unit. The dispensing unit includes a product reservoir configured to store the food product, a dispensing nozzle, and a product transfer assembly including a pump assembly configured to be driven by the drive unit when the dispensing unit is coupled to the drive unit to convey the food product from the product reservoir to the dispensing nozzle.
Texturizing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound
A method of texturing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound by providing a collapsible bag having an opening at its top and is adapted to contain non-acoustical joint compound for forming a textured coating on the wall or ceiling and providing a spray nozzle having a low pressure input port, a joint compound suction port attached to the opening at the top of the collapsible bag, and an output port for spraying the non-acoustical joint compound. A low pressure stream of air from an air gun attached to the low pressure input port urges a small quantity of the non-acoustical joint compound to be sprayed out of the spray nozzle when the bottom of the collapsible disposable bag is raised above its top to either allow or force the joint compound to flow into the suction port and into the interior of the spray nozzle.
Operated nebulizer and means thereof
A process and a nebulizer for dispensing a consecutively dose of medicament in the form of a mist, comprising: an energy source (ES), an air-conditioning volume, an air outlet fluidity connected to the air-containing volume, an air actuator adapted to release a flow of compressed air through the air outlet at such time as a predetermined ES pressure has been reached in the volume and at least two valve means in communication with the air actuator. The compressed air is released at a predetermined pressure of about 20 to about 100 psig. The valve means controls the actuation of the air actuator such that when a medication is nebulized, a mist distribution of a medication is formed having droplets size in the range of approximately 1μ to approximately 7μ which inhaled by a user at a set of predetermined intervals.
System for controlling air shaping flow in spray cap of spray tool
A system, including a spray cap configured to couple to a spray tool, wherein the spray cap includes a body and an air shaping passage through the body. The air shaping passage includes a flow control passage, an expansion chamber downstream from the flow control passage, and one or more air shaping outlets downstream from the expansion chamber.
GYRATION DEVICE FOR SPRAY GUN
A spray gun includes a barrel having a path between an entrance and an outlet. A guide member is connected to the outlet. A rotary member has a tapered way defined therein, and a Venturi tube is partially located in the tapered way. A spray head is connected to the front end of the barrel and has an orifice defined in the spray head. A room is formed by the guide member and the spray head. The rotary member is located in the room. Pressurized liquid passes through the path and enters into the room to rotate the rotary member, and the detergent is sucked by the Venturi tube and spread out from the orifice in a rotational pattern.
ANNULAR SEPARATOR APPARATUS AND METHOD
An unheated, essential oil diffuser relies on a pressurized air stream to educt oil from a reservoir, followed by separators including separation chambers and an annular channel. The latter is a long channel having an aspect ratio (L/d) of from about 10 to about 120, for length L and thickness d. Thickness d is effective diameter, also known as hydraulic diameter (4 times c.s. area, divided by “wetted” or exposed perimeter), and may be from about 25 to about 100 thousandths of an inch (0.6 to 2.5 mm) across the thin passage, with a target range of from about 55 to 75 mils (0.7 to 1 mm). This geometry provides laminar flow at Reynolds number values less than a few hundred for virtually its complete distance of from under one inch (25 mm) to over three inches (76 mm).
Raising device for a handle of electric paint gun
A raising device for a handle of electric paint gun, including a handle, a motor hood, a gun barrel, a nozzle, and a container in many kinds of specifications. An upper side of the handle is connected with the horizontal gun barrel as well as the motor hood. An outer end of the gun barrel is the nozzle, a lower side of the nozzle is a push switch, and the container is connected on a lower end in front of the gun barrel, with a guide tube extending into the container. A bottom end of the handle is a raising device which increases or keeps the length of the original handle to adapt the assembly of a container in all kinds of specifications. Therefore, the electric paint gun can be emplaced stably, and one electric paint gun can be applied to the container in many specifications.
MIST BLOWER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID NOZZLE USED FOR MIST BLOWER
A mist blower may include: a liquid nozzle configured to inject liquid stored in a liquid tank into an ejection tube. The liquid nozzle may include: an end surface disposed on a distal end of the liquid nozzle, an ejection opening being defined in the end surface; a side surface constituting at least a part of an outer shape of the liquid nozzle; and a corner part connecting the end surface and the side surface and constituting a corner of the liquid nozzle. At the corner part, a virtual end surface defined by extending the end surface and a virtual side surface defined by extending the side surface may intersect at a first point. Each of a distance from the first point to the end surface and a distance from the first point to the side surface may be equal to or less than 0.3 mm.
Device and method for diffusing dry fog
An anti-condensation housing includes a connector to connect to a diffusing head configured to nebulize a product to diffuse. The housing includes a conduit having an inlet for a nebulized product, an outlet opening at a diffusing end, of the conduit, a fan at an insufflating end of the conduit. The fan generates a flow of air between the insufflating end and the diffusing end of the conduit. An internal surface of the conduit extending along a direction perpendicular to the direction of the air flow creates an obstacle for the progress of the air flow in the conduit. A retainer to retain the nebulized product stopped by the internal surface. A device to diffuse a product implementing the anti-condensation housing and a method for diffusing a product using such a device are provided.
CARTRIDGE FOR AN AUTOMATED AEROSOL DISPENSING DEVICE
A connector configured to support a nebulizer inside a cartridge includes an annular wall, a conduit, and a plurality of spokes between the annular wall and the conduit. The spokes define openings therebetween and the annular wall is shaped and sized to be fitted into a lip of a bottle. A cartridge includes a housing configured to house a liquid, a collar defining an opening into the cartridge, the connector and a nebulizer held within the housing with the connector. Optionally, an anti-spill cover is fitted in an outlet of the cartridge.
