Spray gun

A spray gun includes a first shell, a fan module, a sleeve, a nozzle assembly and a spray bar assembly. The fan module includes a brushless motor. The sleeve is formed or mounted on the first shell. The nozzle assembly is disposed at an end of the sleeve. The spray bar assembly is received in the sleeve and configured to move along a longitudinal axis of the spray bar assembly to open or close the liquid outlet. The fan module has a maximum outer diameter D1 between 30 mm and 80 mm, and a rotation axis of the brushless motor is parallel to or coincident with the longitudinal axis of the spray bar assembly. In this way, the spray gun is more compact and consistent with ergonomics.

PNEUMATIC SPRAYER

A pneumatic sprayer, including a gun body including a valve core and an air passage, container, nozzle assembly, and trigger, the nozzle assembly including a nozzle cap provided with a liquid outlet hole, an air cap disposed at a front side of the nozzle cap, and a lock ring securing the caps to a front end of the gun body, the air cap being provided with an air outlet hole communicating with the air passage; a snap-fit structure is arranged between the nozzle cap and air cap, and the lock ring locks the caps which have been snapped together. By first snapping the nozzle cap and the air cap together via a snap-fit structure to form a module, fitting between the nozzle assembly and the gun body may be eased, which facilitates mounting the nozzle assembly to the front end of the gun body and improves user experience.

Airbrush with quick switchable atomization mode

The present disclosure provides an airbrush with an adjustable atomization mode, comprising a airbrush body and a nozzle assembly installed at one end of the airbrush body. The nozzle assembly is used to spray atomized liquid and comprises an air cap and an adjustment mechanism for regulating the spray pattern of the atomized liquid. The adjustment mechanism comprises an switchable ring movably arranged on the air cap, with an air guide chamber between the switchable ring and the air cap. The adjustment mechanism further comprises an air delivery channel and an air jet channel formed on the housing and extending toward the air guide chamber, and the air delivery channel can deliver gas to the air jet channel.

A swing-type spray cleaning gun includes a gas supplier and a sprinkler. The sprinkler includes an adapter pipe assembly fixed to the gas supplier, a fixed outer pipe fixedly connected to the adapter pipe assembly, a spray pipe and a swing amplitude adjustment assembly. The fixed outer pipe has a stroke limiting hole. The spray pipe includes an elastic pipe body fixed to the adapter pipe assembly, a plurality of weight blocks in the pipe set inside the fixed outer pipe and fixed on the elastic pipe body, and an end weight block. The elastic pipe body extends to the outside of the fixed outer pipe. The end weight block is sleeved and mounted outside the fixed outer pipe and fixed on the elastic pipe body. The swing amplitude adjustment assembly is movably mounted on the spray pipe to selectively adjust the swing amplitude of the spray pipe.

SPRAY GUN WITH TOP MOUNTED CONTROL

A spray gun for use in association with a fluid container includes a gun body, a gun head, a main airflow channel and a top knob controller. The gun body has a control seat formed therein on a top portion of the gun body. The gun head is operably attached to the front of the gun body. The main airflow channel is in the gun body and divided into a fist flow opening and a second flow opening at a base of the control seat. It is operably connected to the gun head. The top knob controller is operably connected to the control seat whereby adjusting it controls the air flow into the first flow opening and the second flow opening thereby controlling the spray pattern. A needle body assembly includes a needle body; a needle handle; and a needle sleeve operably connecting the needle body to the needle handle.
