Atomizing nozzle device, atomizing process and use
The invention relates to a new atomizing device with improved droplet formation. Smaller droplets are formed with increased micronized volume throughput, wherein high volumes of air are fed to a liquid sprayed from a liquid nozzle (2). High volume ratios result in mean free path between droplets being conveyed so as to minimize collisions and to prevent aggregation of the droplet.
METERING AND APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR A MOISTURE-CURING POLYMER MATERIAL
A metering and application system for a moisture-curing polymer material includes a reservoir for the polymer material and a first pump and a second pump, wherein the polymer material is conveyable by the first pump from the reservoir to the second pump. In addition, a gas metering device with a defined pressure ratio is provided to bring a gas to a defined pressure, wherein the gas metering device is connected to the input of the second pump on its outlet side. In addition, a mixer for mixing the polymer material and the gas and a valve arranged downstream of the mixer for metering and a nozzle for applying the polymer material/gas mixture are provided.
METHOD FOR MIXING GAS INTO HIGH-VISCOSITY MATERIAL AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME
A gas mixing apparatus includes: a discharge port of gas provided near conduit space through which the high-viscosity material can flow; a piston pump including a cylinder that can communicate with the conduit space through the discharge port, a piston arranged inside the cylinder, and a drive device for moving the piston between a top dead center and a bottom dead center inside the cylinder; a discharge valve that opens and closes the discharge port; and a suction valve that opens and closes a suction port of the gas into a cylinder space, in which the cylinder forms the cylinder space having a predetermined volume when the piston is located at the top dead center, and in which a tip of the piston approaches the discharge port when the piston is moved toward the bottom dead center.
Systems and Methods for Portable Multi-Component Mixing of Materials for Spray Application of Same
A dual-use, low-pressure spray gun for applying one-component foam as a spray and a bead including a low-pressure canister connector and a low-pressure air hose connector. A system for applying one-component spray foam as a spray and a bead including a dual-use spray gun with a low-pressure canister connector and a low-pressure air hose connector, a compressed air supply and a compressed air hose.
BUBBLE DISCHARGING NOZZLE AND BUBBLE DISCHARGING DEVICE
A foam discharging nozzle of the invention is a foam discharging nozzle for a foam discharging device, including: a foam diffusion space to which foam produced by mixing a liquid and a gas is supplied from a foam supply opening located on an upper side; and at least one foam discharging opening formed in a bottom portion of the foam diffusion space. The area of the bottom portion of the foam diffusion space is wider than the area of the foam supply opening. The centroid of the foam discharging opening does not match the centroid of a supply opening projected portion formed by projecting the foam supply opening onto the bottom portion parallel to a central axis of the foam diffusion space.
COOLING DEVICE, METHOD FOR COOLING A COOLING ELEMENT AND LAYER DEPOSITION APPARATUS
Cooling device, layer deposition apparatus and method for cooling a cooling element. Therein, the cooling device comprises a cooling element having a cooling duct with an inlet and an outlet. With the inlet a compressed gas supply is connected via a supply line. Further a spray supply line is connected to the supply line, wherein a spray nozzle is connected to the spray supply line to nebulize a liquid coolant and feeding the nebulized coolant into the supply line.
SUBSTRATE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND DECOMPRESSION STRUCTURE
A substrate processing system capable of supplying a gas-dissolved liquid having a supersaturated amount of dissolved gas without generating large bubbles in a middle of a supply line is disclosed. The substrate processing system includes a control device configured to control an operation of a bubble generation device. The control device is configured to control at least one of a pressure regulator and a boost pump so that a pressure of a gas supplied to a gas-dissolved liquid generation device is smaller than a pressure of a liquid supplied to the gas-dissolved liquid generation device.
Rapid cleaner and disinfecting system
The rapid cleaner and disinfecting system is a wheeled cart that houses two containers having a first and a second cleaning fluid that can be sprayed through one of multiple self-coiling hoses with cleaning wands attached to each hose. The distal ends of the cleaning wands are coupleable to one cleaning tool of a set of cleaning tools that are usable with one of the cleaning fluids at a time pressure sprayed through the cleaning tools. The user grips the pistol grip handle of one of the cleaning wands having a cleaning tool attached and scoures the appurtenance with the tool while being assisted with the pressure spray.
Particles and method for producing particles
A method for producing particles, which contains: bringing a compressive fluid and a pressure plastic material into contact with each other to melt the pressure plastic material; and jetting a melt obtained by melting the pressure plastic material to form particles, wherein the jetting the melt is performed by a two-fluid nozzle or three-fluid nozzle.
Mixing chamber for two fluid constituents
A mixing chamber for two fluid constituents is disclosed which provides improved mixing before the mixture is pushed through a mesh insert for the production of foam. Foam production using air and liquid is the basis of the exemplary embodiment though the disclosed mixing chamber could be used for any two fluid constituents. A single stream of air is diffused into a plurality of smaller streams of air. The single stream of liquid is directed into an annular sleeve resulting in a thinner wall of liquid flow as compared to the entering liquid stream. This annular sleeve of a thinner wall of liquid flow surrounds the plurality of smaller streams of air. In a second embodiment, there are individual streams of liquid which are directed inwardly toward the individual streams of air. The mixing chamber construction is disclosed herein can be used for any two fluid constituents which would benefit for more thorough mixing.
