SPRAYING DEVICE AND METHOD

A spraying device for deploying liquids for agricultural purposes. The spraying device includes at least one spray nozzle for spraying the liquid and at least one mixing device, which includes at least one mixing chamber, at least one first inflow for a carrier liquid, at least two second inflows for different active agent liquids, and at least one outflow connected to the spray nozzle, connecting to the mixing chamber. It is provided that an actuatable valve is associated with each of the inflows. A device is also provided which actuates the valves during intended use in such a way that a constant volume flow results in the outflow regardless of the actuation of the valves/switching of the inflows.

SPRAY DEVICE

METHOD FOR MONITORING AND/OR MODIFYING AN ACTIVE AGENT CONCENTRATION IN A SPRAY LIQUID OF A SPRAY DEVICE

A method for monitoring and/or modifying an active agent concentration in a spray liquid of a spray device including a plurality of spray nozzle units for deploying the spray liquid for agricultural purposes. The method includes receiving one property signal each including a piece of property information of the spray liquid detected with the aid of a sensor unit of the spray device in a through-flow area of one each of the spray nozzle units, an active agent concentration in the spray liquid being ascertainable using the piece of property information; and outputting an information signal to a display unit and/or a control signal to an intermixing unit and/or a delivery unit of the spray device as a function of the received piece of property information of the spray liquid and/or of an active agent concentration in the spray liquid ascertained using the piece of property information.

Provided are a cleaning method and cleaning device for cleaning with micro/nano-bubbles, with which a simple method of spraying a treatment solution containing micro/nano-bubbles onto a substrate to be processed makes it possible to efficiently and reliably peel off residual resist or remove contaminants from the substrate, while reducing an environmental load.

This cleaning method is characterized in that, with respect to a substrate to be treated to which a resist film has adhered onto the substrate or a substrate to be treated to which the surface thereof has been contaminated with a metal or metal compounds, the resist film is peeled off or the metals or metal compounds are removed by spraying onto the substrate to be treated a treatment solution containing gaseous micro/nano-bubbles and having a temperature maintained at 30 C. to 90 C., the mean particle size of the micro/nano-bubbles when measured by an ice embedding method using a cryo-transmission electron microscope being 100 nm or smaller, preferably 30 nm or smaller, and also preferably the density of such bubbles being 10.sup.8 or more bubbles per 1 mL.

Proportioning pump, control systems and applicator apparatus

An absolute proportioning pumping system includes an electric motor assembly powering a first pump at a first flow rate and powering a second pump at a second flow rate. A proportioned fluid output includes a first fluid pumped by the first pump and a second fluid pumped by the second pump. The pumping system provides a desired ratio of the first fluid to the second fluid at the proportioned fluid output, relatively independently of pressure and flow rate at the output. In accord with further embodiments, a pump and motor assembly is mounted to and generally surrounded by a liquid tank. The pump and motor assembly may include a pair of fixed ratio outputs driven from a common motor, or may include a single variable output pump either slaved to a master pump or controlled through a timed bypass valve to control output flow rate.

LIQUID-MIXING APPARATUS AND LIQUID-MIXING METHOD

A liquid-mixing apparatus used in a liquid-mixing method comprises a plurality of supply valves provided to a cylinder. The supply valves make it possible to individually supply a plurality of types of liquids into a retention chamber. Each of the supply valves is configured so as to be switchable between an open state, in which the interior of a supply channel via which a liquid is supplied and the interior of the retention chamber intercommunicate, and a closed state, in which communication between the supply channel and the retention chamber is blocked. A piston moves in the direction in which the volume of the retention chamber increases while at least one of the supply valves is in the open state, whereby a liquid is drawn into the storage chamber.
