The controller is configured to control the operating parameter of the electrically-actuated valve of each nozzle assembly.
Portable airless sprayer
A fluid dispensing device includes a housing and a reciprocating piston fluid pump coupled to the housing. The reciprocating piston fluid pump includes a piston disposed within a cylinder. The piston is configured to pressurize at least one pumping chamber. A motor is coupled to the housing and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the piston. A wobble assembly connects the motor to the piston of the reciprocating piston fluid pump. A spray tip connected to an outlet of the at least one pumping chamber.
Cleaning Tool with a Spin-Drying Bucket
A cleaning tool with a spin-drying bucket, comprising a hand-operated rotary mop (2) and a bucket (1), the hand-operated rotary mop (2) comprises an upper rod (21) and a lower rod (22) disposed in a nested arrangement, the upper rod (21) extends telescopically from the lower rod (22), and the lower rod (22) rotates relative to the upper rod (21), a driving mechanism disposed between the upper rod (21) and the lower rod (22) converts a telescopic motion of the upper rod (21) into a rotary motion of the lower rod (22), the lower rod (22) has a mop head (23) with a wiper disposed at a bottom of the lower rod (22); a transmission shaft (3), used for connecting to the mop head (23), is disposed in the bucket (1), a water spray mechanism (5) having a squeezing component (52) for spraying water to the wiper, is disposed in the bucket (1), when the mop head (23) is connected to the transmission shaft (3), the rotation of the lower rod (22) drives the transmission shaft (3), the mop head (23), and the squeezing component (52) of the water spray mechanism (5) to rotate together around a same axis and/or at a same speed.
LIQUID ATOMIZATION DEVICE AND AIR CLEANER USING SAME
A liquid atomization device includes: an inlet; an outlet; and a liquid atomization chamber. The liquid atomization chamber is provided in an air passage between the inlet and the outlet. The liquid atomization chamber includes a rotary shaft, a pumping pipe, a collision wall, a reservoir, and a drain port. The rotary shaft is rotated by a rotary motor and is disposed in the vertical direction. The pumping pipe includes a lower portion having a pumping port and an upper portion fixed to the rotary shaft, and is rotated in coordination with rotation of the rotary shaft to pump up water through the pumping port and centrifugally discharge the water. The pumping pipe generates, inside the pumping pipe, a whirlpool in the water in the reservoir by the rotation, and forms, at the center of the whirlpool, a void providing communication between the pumping port and the drain port.
Foam producing apparatus and method
A foam dispenser includes a dispensing a mixing chamber for receiving liquid from a liquid source and air from an air source, a conduit, and an agitator downstream of the mixing chamber in the conduit.
Variable volume strand coating apparatus and method
A fluid application device includes an applicator head, a first fluid passageway extending in the applicator head, a second fluid passageway extending in the applicator head, a plurality of metering devices connected to the applicator head. A first metering device of the plurality of metering devices is configured to meter a fluid to the first fluid passageway and a second metering device of the plurality of metering devices is configured to meter the fluid to the second fluid passageway. The device further includes a plurality of valve modules, each valve module actuatable between an open condition and a closed condition to control flow of the fluid and a nozzle having one or more discharge orifices. At least one orifice of the one or more discharge orifices is positioned downstream from the first passageway and the second passageway to receive the material from both the first and second fluid passageways.
Flow Monitoring And Error Detection In A Mobile Liquid Agricultural Product Applicator
An error detection and flow rate monitoring system of a liquid fertilizer distribution system of an agricultural implement that can provide feedback to identify compromised flow states in the system and corresponding locations of potential blockage or component failure. The system may include pressure sensors that may be evaluated in pairs or otherwise analyzed comparatively to determine flow rate or other characteristics through nozzle assemblies. The pressure sensors may be mounted in the wet boom between the rows. A control system compares the pressure values before and after each row to determine the pressure drop across its nozzle assembly and may further use the pressure drop values to determine flow or application rates and corresponding errors in the pressure drop, flow rate, and application rate compared to their acceptable values and may provide feedback to identify a specific location(s) of potential blockage or flow-control component failure.
FOAM PRODUCING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A foam dispenser includes a dispensing a mixing chamber for receiving liquid from a liquid source and air from an air source, a conduit, and an agitator downstream of the mixing chamber in the conduit.
Free wheeling motor fan
A motor assembly includes a shaft, an electric motor operatively connected to the shaft to drive the shaft in a first rotational direction, a clutch assembly connected to the shaft, and a fan connected to the clutch assembly and configured to supply the electric motor with cooling air. The clutch assembly drives the fan when the electric motor drives the shaft and allows the fan to freewheel in the first rotational direction when the electric motor is not driving the shaft. A method of operating a fan cooled electric motor includes energizing the electric motor to drive a shaft in a first rotational direction using the electric motor and de-energizing the electric motor so that it no longer drives the shaft, allowing the fan to freewheel in the first rotational direction.
